the same, yesterday, today and forever. Heb. 13:8.

I am thrilled to report that just before Elaine and Bob were about to go to
her doctor's office for a follow-up appointment, the office called to cancel
the appointment because the results were NEGATIVE!
Thank You, Precious Savior, for protecting Elaine from further distress!
Yes. The fact that we came home does mean that everything looked good to the doctors. I believe that they wanted to see her, check her other vitals, and see how she presented upon having these brady episodes. Dr. Bradley, the pacemaker doctor was the attending this past week, which might explain why they wanted us in during that time. He was able to review all her heartbeats and thoroughly study what her heart and other vitals looked like. After the first night, he was very confident that her low heartrate episodes were, just that... low, but posed no other risks. She remained in sinus, communication between beats was within range, and blood pressures remained within acceptable range as well. They also wanted to see if the chest pain, stomach pain, trouble breathing, and dizziness coincided with the low rates. They did not. The only one she did not complain about was the dizzy and feeling faint, so we are wearing the ACT monitor to see if we can capture one of those times.
They assured me that although Halle's heartrate is low, even considered low for an adult, she is functioning fine with the low heartrate and they are very comfortable from a cardiac standpoint. Amy
My business is flourishing! I am now up to 3 janitorial accounts, too many
private clients, and a property management group that keeps me and the two
others that work with me hopping! In fact Gordon my husband is now talking
about taking early retirement and coming on board to help with the Property
Manager for apartment vacancy cleaning!
God is indeed good and so faithful to perform His Word to us!
So dear ones, join with me in a PRAISE BREAK!Rosie
I recently recovered from this tiredness. Praise the lord he carried
me through and I pray that all of my brothers and sisters who feel
this way will also recover through prayer and submission to the
will of our Father God. Thank you all so much for such wonderful
encouragement in Jesus Christ, I just want to worship and praise
everyday that I read such wonderful kneemails.
Hugs to all,
Estela
Went to Dr last
night, believe it or not, his heart has gone back into rythm on its own.... not
really.... we know God did this!!! It is the first time in 4 yrs his heart has
gone back into rythm on its own and not the help of paddles.
Thank You all so much, I know God is listening but for some reason when I
heard the news I just felt like God payed a special visit to us. Thank You
Father, for God News... I know You are Awesome... I just never experienced how
Awesome til now!!!

Thank You Jesus for touching my mama glory and holy is your name above all
other ! I want to share with all the wonderful blessings of Jesus Christ on our
family and especially on my mother Sister Marion. As most of you know mother
has been battleing lung cancer now for some months, We nearly lost her so many
times I can not even count them anymore, She suffered a stroke in the midst
of this also and then what we call mini- strokes, she lost down to 78 pounds.
But I want to share with you what fatih in the Lord Jesus Christ and our Father
who is in heaven will do for you. Mother was in a semi coma for almost 6
weeks, the physicians said they did not think she would recover much if any , they
felt it would become worse. They gave up hope and we pressed forward knowing
that God was in control and not them nor us. Mother came out of it memorial
day , she is now eating little bits of soft foods, she has been in rehab, they
are teaching her to gain her strength back, We will bring her home from the
hospital on Monday , if not sooner, She is praising The Father and giving him
the glory for all things. She is so anxious to get home and back on this
computer with you all. She sends you each her agape love. My family in Jesus Chrsit
I want you to see and to know there is nothing impossible to him. We can't
wait to bring mama home, never could I fill her shoes, she has been a guiding
light and source of strength to this family and to all of her friends. Mother
loves Jesus with everything in her or about her and he was with her all the way
through this. She told us a few days ago, she has just been resting in Jesus
this whole time and having a conversation with him and he tells her , she's not
done yet. The latest lung scans are miraculous, they said mother had the
fastest growing cancer, she at one point had 19 tumors, there is only one now and
it is snall, My faith in Jesus says it is gone Hallelujah! and Thank you
heavenly Father. PLease continue praying for us all , mostly mother, that the Lord
will have her back doing his work very soon.. God bless you each and every
individual person, we love you as if you were our biological family. You are
certainly our family in Christ Jesus......Sister Summer
I will tell you 14 years ago God gave me a prophesy saying;
" NOT ANOTHER DROP OF ALCOHOL WILL GO DOWN
HIS THROAT; NOR A NEEDLE WILL WILL PIERCE HIS SKIN".
SO I PRAYED THAT WAY, AND HE IS .....
WELL, HE IS FREE OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL .
YES HE HAD HELP AND YES HE TOOK THE HANDS OUTSTRETCHED FOR HIM.
BUT MOST HE TOOK THE HAND OF JESUS,, HE AND HIS GIRLFRIEND
THEY ARE WALKING WITH JESUS AND EVERYDAY.
HE HAS CHANGED. HE NO LONGER HAS NOR WANTS THE OLD FRIENDS.
JEFF AND HIS GIRLFRIEND PRAY, TALK OF GOD AND ETC. HE IS CALM AND HAS
PATIENCE, HE IS NOT IN ANY HURRY AND JUST WAITS ON THE LORD,
TO GOD BE THE GLORY AND HONOR AND POWER AND HE IS
WORTHY TO BE PRAISED
AMEN AND AMEN
I AM SO HAPPY TO BE COUNTED AMONG THEM THAT LOVE GOD
ANN
God just keeps continuing to bless us. We just heard from the Dr. Archer and
Lauren at this point DOES NOT HAVE MS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is being
treated for autoimmune inflammation the acronym ADEM that stands for Acute
Disseminating Encephalo-Myelitis. It is a one time inflammatory process caused
from the stress of all the radiation, chemo, cancer, etc. We are so blessed and
thankful for this news. She will continue with the steroids and continue to
taper off.
I have a prayer praise! God is so good! He is so true to His word. My cousin,
Pat had surgery on her colon. The doctor was able to remove ALL of the
cancer. There was no cancer in the lymph nodes either. He said that she was cancer
free! Praise you Jesus for your mercy.
Thank you prayer warrior for your prayers. May God bless you.

I have to report as well that after the email that I received from Louine.
I was so concerned about my status that I cried out to the Lord. In
tears and desperation of feeling better I asked the Lord for deliverance
and a breakthrough, when I felt something pulling at my chest and
I then I rested. I have felt different, I am feeling better but I still fell
like I have a ways to go thank you for your prayers and THANK GOD
for this ministry.
Hugs,
Estela
I'm home from the hospital and doing better!
I came home Friday after my eight day stay at the hospital and a full
abdominal clean-up. I had a great surgeon and the Lord was there the
entire time so everything went well. Before they put me under they
asked me if I had any questions or had anything I wanted to say and
I sang a hymn called Come Holy Spirit Come. The nurse started to cry
but they all said "We have a believer on the table!" Isn't that cool!
Thanks for all the prayers!
Love,
Connie
CONGRATULATIONS TEAM BRAYLON ! ! ! !
We won! Team Braylon is being engraved on the Teddy Bear trophy as we speak
and should be back in the hospital lobby within the next couple of weeks. To
say that we are elated would be a huge understatement. We will never ever be
able to thank everyone enough for all of your efforts. You guys are the absolute
best!!!!!
See you all again next year!!!!!
All our love,
Braylon’s Mom & Dad
GREAT NEWSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Thanks for your prayers..........papa is raising cane..... he has left the
walker behind 90% of the time. and is using a cane. Took his granddaughters to
the Rivertowncrossing Mall in Grandville, Mi. rode the scooter and used his
cane for walking... small walks........walks out to the mailbox and back so big progress this week......
Just a quick update to let everyone know that Josh's scan came back clear. No
cancer! The jerk forgot to bring his cell phone with him and kept me in gut
wrenching pain until 3pm, but he redeemed himself by giving me the good news
when he got home. Phew. Waiting for these test results is something worse than
brutal.
I praise God that mom is with less dizziness, and she can speak louder,
with good breathing...Amen!!
Yes, the legs problem still here, but she starts to go downstair for short
walk when there is not raining.
Hello! I know it's late but I wanted to share some wonderful news. The
Oncologist came in to talk to me tonight around 10 pm. He had the results of the
scans. The CT scan showed that the tumor in the abdomen is completely gone. It
was all successfully removed. The MRI of the head showed that the tumors are
gone. There is no trace of the largest tumor that was above Corey's left ear. The
two that were on the orbits (eye bones) are also gone but there is evidence
of "bone abnormality" with calcifications where the tumors were. In essence
this is like a scar on the bone. These scans did not show anything with the bone
marrow. That cancer is still present as far as we know. His last bone marrow
biopsy was still positive. That is what will be resolved with the bone marrow
transplant/stem cell rescue. Overall everything looks great. We couldn't expect
any better news. Our prayers are being answered so keep them going. Thanks to
all of you. Love the Nickells.
Surgery went well and so far, "Big Mama" is resting well...
thanks for all your prayers! DE
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for the kindness, consideration and compassion
of those who care about other's feelings! We thank You that Rachel's
condition has been explained and accepted by her peers and their families.
We hope that she will soon get her balance and enjoy her new bike!
We welcome this new baby and pray for him to grow
and thrive under Your Loving Care.
Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer.

Praise God, little baby Savannah who was borne 3 months prem.
does NOT have Pneumonia!!! Drs say it was a goof in the xray,
but we know who healed this baby!!! She is doing great.
Love, Reta
Michael who is Agustine's younger brother came into the office today with a
big smile. The cancer fortunately did not spread so everything is looking
good. He will need chemo but not for long. The doctor said everything
looks good and no danger at this point of fatality. I must say I seen such
a difference in the younger brothers attitude regarding GOD. I feel
like I can rest now because it was in my heart like a burden to keep
praying and interceding for this family. I feel good to do the Lords
will. PRAISE THE LORD JESUS CHRIST !!!
Estela
Praise the Lord for great news today. Two out of three tests are back. No
leukemia cells present according to one test. And...100% donor cells from the
other. Waiting for one other test yet. We are so grateful to be at this point!!!
One big prayer item today...Just thanking God for the good reports!
Love, Julie
Martin is recovering very nicely from a quadrupal bypass surgery. Almost no pain and quickly healing to the glory of our Lord and Savior!
I got a call from my daughter Sarah, and she said Svend's family had just
let her know that Svend came through the surgery in great shape! They had to
replace the whole shunt system. He is doing so awesome they are going to let
him go home soon. Thank You for praying for him. In Him, Kathy
My cousin's husband, Dale, is better, praise the Lord!
He has been very very sick... a leaking colon and then
surgery and 2 two-month long stays in the hospital.
He's at home and feeling better. Appreciate your prayers.
To God be the Glory!
Margaret
We scored a great day today!!!!!!!
NO one is sick, no throwing up, no screaming pain. Woohooo!!! Gaby's foot is
doing quite well on that boot, his sugar has been excellent and the belly is
better. He is still having some problems but it is improving. Clari's rash is
almost all gone and she is no longer feeling sick. Yeah! I am looking forward
to a good weekend.

I just got back from the VA and really praise God for a clean bill
of health. I do have a mildly enlarged prostate but the doctor said
that he could give some hytrin for better urine flow but indicated
I could wait until it was really necessary. I thank God for healing,
restoring and rejuvenating me in so many ways. It is really thanks
to the answers of prayer over the years that I enjoy such blessed
health and freedom from pain as before. Paul
Eyes have improved some. Their is still some redness and running,
but a big improvement and this can only be prayer. I had cortisone
injections into my right knee yesterday and if it works, he will do the
left next Friday. At present it is sore, but he said it would be sore for
two or three days and then a steady improvement until pain free.
Praise God, it was not as traumatic as I imagined. I actually felt
the presence of God with me the whole time. Thank you Jesus.
and Thankyou Prayer Warriors.
Love and blessings,
Daphne
Thank you so much for your prayers for my two children Jenny and Stephen.
Jenny came back last week from her Mission trip to New Orleans. And Stephen
came back today from his Mission trip to Bulter, Pa. God did such a work in
these two children. Jenny had a chance to tell me many stories but one in
particular that stood out in her heart was about Miss Brooks. This lady
gave all she had to help her neighbors after Katrina and God Bless her over
and over again, Jenny said it seems as though the more she gave the more
God Blessed her. God really used this woman to touch Jenny's heart along
with everyone else. Stephen hasn't had much time to talk to me yet, he's
sleeping now but when he called me to pick him up he said - I'm moved - I
thought ok what did you do now to be moved - but what he meant was his
heart was moved with compassion for these people, he said he could not
believe the things he experienced and fell in love with the kids. He missed
everyone but he did not want to l eave, he formed such a bond. I can not
thank everyone enough for your prayers. God has answered more than I could
have imagined. He so revealed Himself to these kids in ways they have never
known before. Thank you with all of my heart!!!!
Love, Regina
I want to thank everyone for praying for me due to small, transient
neurological symptoms occurring last summer.
The MRI's showed a moderate amount of lesions on the brain and 3 lesions on
the cord last fall. Though some clinicians and patients find value in
early diagnosis of MS, I was not among them. Some people have had one
episode and never, ever again. Most importantly, I did not believe that MS
was the design of God my Father, nor that He had authorized it for me.
It was true, the MRI's in the spring were unremarkable. There were no
imperfections present.
I had the opportunity to meet 2 people healed of MS. One man was in a
severe state of invalidism. He described life as being bed-wheelchair,
wheelchair-bed... He could not feed himself. He had an instantaneous
miracle healing 26 years ago and began running many miles a day. I made a
concept paper on "hope" and "faith" for school and included his story.
Another lady, a nurse practitioner, had been falling and breaking bones,
and had been fitted for a wheelchair. God healed her gradually. Her
colleagues first noticed improvement in her gait and handwriting. She is
now writing a dissertation for a Phd and the focus is on Christian
healing. Her neurologist tells her to keep doing whatever she had
done. She says, "The Lord healed me".
The experience was tremendous and now MS is nothing but a distance memory
that is quickly fading away.
Praise be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who saves us from everything!
Shelly
Sorry this is so late but I did have BELLA ROSE this morning (7/11)at
10:19am. She is 7lbs 3ozs and 19" long. She is healthy. I am fine. I AM VERY
TIRED!!!!!
Hello everyone! I just wanted to send a quick Jordan update...
Jordan is continuing to make wonderful progress. He has only had his
implants now for about six weeks but has already mastered twenty-five
words! He is also "working on" about ten other words currently. His
audiologist and speech therapist are very excited about his progress and
the rate of his language development.
Jordan is also doing better with regaining his walking. Michelle
Connie is home and doing pretty well. She has to stay in bed
with her leg up. things look good so far, but she is not out of
the woods yet. Keep praying for her and her recovery.
Shalom, Dorothy
My cousin, Sybil, had the surgery this morning and the doctor
un-kinked a twisted intestine and she's healthy! Praise God!
Thanks and God bless you for praying. Pray for quick recovery
of all the stitches, etc.
Margaret
Lily is HOME!!! The nurse came into baby Lily's room last night at midnight
saying she does not have any of the nasty infections they tested for. The fact
that she responded so well to the antibiotics shows that she had some kind of
infection, but they have no idea what it was. We are believing that God
healed her!
I'm praising
the Lord for answering the prayers of His people and healing him! The day
after I sent out the request, the bite (two of them close together) began draining
all kinds of nasty venom, infection, and blood. It drained heavily for about
2 days and the doctor didn't have to surgically open the wound. Today he has a
small raw spot about the size of a dime and that is all! His doctor is
amazed. Brandon wasn't at all surprised. He told his doctor that he prayed and asked
God to heal him so he wouldn't have to get his "butt cut open." LOL Today
he's been playing outside on his skateboard and doing his "magic tricks" with
pennies. I'm so very grateful to our Father for His healing hand upon Brandon
and also for my precious Christian family who is so willing to stand in prayer
beside me during times of heartache.
Blessings to all of you!
Doc Karen

We are going HOME! It's taking a while, but we want to make sure we don't
miss anything with treating Kyla's infections. She ended up with staph and
serratia, both treated with bactrim. It will be about two weeks before we do the
shunt to make sure she's all cleared up. Kyla's getting around in her hospital
room right now with her walker, and her feet and lower legs have returned to
normal as far as fluid build-up goes. Praise be to God. We have so much to be
thankful to Him for today.
Father, give praises at this great news about Uncle Bill's sed
rate! Thank You for attending to his every need!
We pray that John's strength will build up over time and that he
will not tire so easily as time goes by. We pray for Pooja, that
she will be able to concentrate and complete her studies, retaining
all that she needs to know and do well on her exams.
We pray for Helen's pain, that You will ease her burden now that
she no longer has to take care of others so much of the time.
Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer.
carole
Find a desk to stand on, high five someone, or
how about hitting a knee and give GOD some serious props! The tests are back.
BELIEVE.
ETHAN IS 100% ME!
If you still don't believe, then I advise you to do some serious soul
searching. For the past 160 days you have experienced a miracle. There is a long
road still ahead, but it just started on the best possible foot. For now, there
is no presence of LEUKEMIA CELLS, just my cells. Now we have to pray for it
to stay away while my cells tap dance through his body. PLEASE CONTINUE TO
PRAY WITH US. Today is THE BIGGEST DAY to this story to date. If you have been
'straddling the fence' and not sure if God is real, let me tell you HE IS
REAL and VERY ACTIVE in our day to day lives! Yes... even in the biggest
backslider and he is waiting for your decision... 'Do you BELIEVE?'
For 160 days, we have been screaming PRAYER WORKS! It does work, but the
true message today is one so much greater.... BELIEVE! Because without that
PRAYER is restricted. So I will say it again... BELIEVE. PRAYER WORKS!!!
Ethan is off of the ventilator!! It has NOT been
an easy transition, but he's doing well. Now remember that problems
often occur 18-24 hours after being taken off the vent. So PLEASE PRAY for Ethan to
continue to do so well that he does not have to be intabated again! Our doctor
seems to think he's on the right path, but to be careful, they have had us
leave him in bed and are not allowing him to nurse tonight.
This morning and this afternoon have been difficult. Ethan has felt
uncomfortable (probably a sore throat after having a tube in for several days.) The
respiratory people have to come in every now and then to suction him. And
when I say suction, I mean put a long, rubber hose up threw his nose and through
his mouth and down his throat and suction. Needless to say, Ethan does not
like this one little bit. It's hard to watch him go through all this, but I'm
so thankful that he continues to improve. Praise God!
I heard from Dean! Praise God! Don't know too many details about what
happened but he is going to call me and fill me in. I believe he had problems in
Ghana like I thought with his deceased father's business. Ghana is a very strict
country when it comes to dealing with foreigners. Please keep praying for him
and his son.
Thank you so much and God bless you all for your fervent prayers. Will update
you as soon as I hear from him!
Donna
GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so happy to report that LUKE IS OFF THE VENT and breathing on his
own!!!! Dottie called me around 5pm tonight to tell me. God is hearing all of our
prayers. Luke still has a ways to go but this is such a big step in the right
direction. I will update again tomorrow.
Diane
Braeden's dental surgery and echo went very well.
We were pleasently surprised to learn that he has no cavities, and only wound
up recquiring a deep cleaning. Sherry
We were sitting at home almost seven months ago waiting on Summer to come
home from work. She was so proud of how many sales she had at the store that last
week before Christmas. Summer was coming home and we were going to
Grandmothers house for Christmas. An accident involving just a few seconds changed all
our plans. No one in our family even wanted to open our Christmas presents. We
have left our tree up waiting on the day the Lord would let us bring Summer
home. Amazingly, we always have a real tree, but this year for some reason we
had put up an artificial tree that normally just stays in the attic.
Today, Summer is home. She is not the same as she was before her accident.
Our whole family will never be the same as before the accident. The Lord is not
through with Summer and we know that the Lord still has a lot of work left to
do in us also.
Tonight, Summer sat on the couch and our family opened Christmas presents. We
celebrate Christmas to remember a baby that came to earth to provide life for
all of us. That baby grew up and sits in heaven interceding with the Father
for us. We know over these long seven months, that the Lord was there crying
with us, hurting for us and reaching out and providing love and comfort to us.
Tonight, we celebrate Him and the love that He has for each of us.
Summer sat on the couch tonight and told me,
He gives strength to the weary, and increases the power of the weak.
For even youth grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall.
But those who hope in the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall soar on
wings like eagles. They shall run and not grow weary and walk and not be
faint.
We have been home since Sat. Bella is doing great. She has her nights and
days mixed up. She sleeps all day and then up every 2 hours at night. She is so
quite that we keep checking her to see if she is okay. Last night we finally
heard her lungs. She must have had gas. The night we brought her home she went
through 3 oufits and 3 blankets. One of the reason was because the diapers she
was using was size 1 but she is so tiny that it must have fell out of it. I
picked her up and found that the diaper was at the bottom of her butt. oops. We
are going to her 1st Dr. apointment tomorrow. I can't wait to see how much she
weighs now. We have been getting more sleep now. I feel much better now that
I have more sleep.
Today's appointment re; angiogram report .. it was found that I have a
'scar' behind the right eye that is believed to have been there since utero ..
that's what caused the 'lazy eye' from childhood .. nothing can be done about it
.. attempting to remove it won't make the eyesight in the right eye better
.. :( .. I am so thankful that it wasn't anything requiring surgery .. Terri
Kyla is TALKING!!! She woke up this morning around 6:00 and said, "Hello,
Daddy"! And then she was talking a lot more. We asked about how she felt - better
or a lot better and she said "A lot". What a wonderful morning! Praise our
Lord for starting to bring our baby back to us! We can't tell you how happy this
makes us! She ate a few cookies and chugged some chocolate milk. "Chugged" is
no exaggeration, folks! She's napping now and said it's OK to wake her up for
breakfast.
Halleluia!
Sarah's surgery went smoothly and she is port-less!!!! We are absolutely
thrilled and so ready to move on. We couldn't be more proud of our brave little
girl for all she has been through for the past two years. We are all looking
forward to a bright, happy, cancer-free future!
We want to thank everyone for coming out and celebrating Jared, Jenna and
Jason's 5th birthday. They really enjoyed themselves and was still talking about
it when they went to bed and how much fun they had. I think all the kids had a
great time and I think all the adults enjoyed conversating also, I know I
did!! Julie
WE ARE HOME ! !
THE TEST FOR THE VCUG CAME BACK NORMAL. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A SMALL SPOT ON HER
KIDNEY THAT THEY ARE CALLING A INFECTION. WE ARE SUPPOSE TO CALL THE OFFICE
TOMORROW AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO BE SEEN. AND I AM SURE LIYAH WILL BE PUT ON
MORE ANTIBIOTICS. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE PRAYERS THAT YOU SAID FOR MY
GRANDDAUGHTER. FOR THAT IS TRULY WHAT GOT ME THRU THIS LAST 5 DAYS. THEY ALSO
DID TELL US THAT SHE HAD VIRAL MENINGITIS. THE NURSE SAID SHE IS DOING VERY WELL
AFTER BEING SICK WITH THAT. Shelley
PTL…all tests came back negative for any complications!!!
And I was protected in a bubble sent by God, from all the chemical
cleaners, etc..in the hospital. I am home and slept all day.
Thanks for the prayers, you’re a great family!!
Love, Rae
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office has cancelled an Amber Alert for three
children who were found safe in Oregon. The suspect is in custody.
Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer.
carole
Hello! Corey broke his fever during the night. His max temp was 100.2 and
then came down to 99.2 by 2:30 am. He is feeling better today. He is having some
intermittent belly and mouth pain from the mucusitis but he seems to be
feeling pretty good right now. He is getting ready to go outside to play. Thank you
for all of your prayers. God bless you all. Love the Nickells.
Joshua was finally able to have his chest tube removed this
morning. His x-ray on Friday revealed a plural effusion (a pocket of fluid in the
lung), so Dr. Bove's nurse opted to keep the chest tube in, add some more
diuretics and not even think about taking the tube out until today. He drained
little yesterday and his x-ray this morning showed much improvement. Although,
there was still a little pocket of fluid, but she feels that can be managed with
the diuretics. The plan is that we go home tomorrow after an x-ray, just to
make sure that the fluid is not building up again.
Maddie is doing well. She is advancing nicely. She is smiling
now and trying to talk to us and actually trying to roll over while she is on
her back propped on the pillow and trying to sit up. So she is doing
excellent I must say. Melody
Well, the broviac is out! We had to be there at 6:30 this morning for a 7:30
procedure, which ended up being 8:15 or so. But, things went well with no
complications. She is very tired today which may be a result of being put to
sleep. She is having minor pain but overall doing great! Julie

Jordan is still making progress, and little by little getting back to where
he once was. Here is a update from his mom, Michelle;
"As of today (July 30th), its been two months since Jordan's implants were
activated. He currently has mastered a total of 70 words and is "working on" 35
others. His audiologist and speech therapist continue to be extremely pleased
with the amazing progress he has made in such a short amount of time. Kathleen

Just want to thank you and your friends for your prayers, I am on the mend.
I am on a full liquid diet for a month, that includes grits, jello,
pudding, and ice cream.
I do not get hungry, but have to make sure I take in 1500 calories per
day. Thank
the Lord I had the surgery when I did, for the doctor found a hole in my
stomach
(the outside of the stomach), so the Lord knew when I needed to have the
surgery
done. Also repaired a large hital hernia, but am recovering well. Robertha
Luke and I just got home! I left this morning not knowing for sure he
he was going to be discharged or not. But they were all ready when I got
there, and Luke said he was ready to go. He was the first one to head down the
hall. He is still a little weak and still running a low grade fever. So as always
we will take it one day at a time.
We will update again soon. Now it's time to unpack, and Dottie will start
right in to the meds. The fun never ends!
Thanks for all the PRAYERS, and God Bless,
Leo
She's stabilized!!! Praise God!
A contributing factor to Callie's sudden drop (went down to 19% !!) is that
she was in pain and mad. Karen has always said that Callie has a little temper!
and when she gets mad, her sats can drop 20 points! She insisted to the
medical staff that this was a possibility and they gave Callie some morphine and
versed which knocked her out........ they kept bagging her for a while, but as
soon as she actually started to calm down, her sats crept up on their own and
are now stable at 65%. Her heart rate stayed the same throughout this incident
and they do not believe that there is any organ or brain damage because they
were right there, atttending to her. (Remember..... it's her blood gases that
show a truer picture of her oxygen level but they, no doubt, also plummeted.)
Furthermore, new x-rays show that her left lung is not collapsed, but it
appears a bit hazy due to possible fluid accumulation or just post-op trauma. They
are going to try giving her some nitrous oxide treatments which they have
found sometimes eases this syndrome, particularly if related to pulmonary
hypertension.
THANKS to all that prayed! I did not know this but the interview was
actually an "eligibility pool" interview for special education positions
within the county's alternative education division. Students serviced are
those in group homes, correctional facilities, and alternative high
schools. I have worked as a substitute with this type of student population
before and this would be a dream job for me. The blessing at the interview
was that I have worked with two of the four people on the interview panel,
one a principal that hires me over the summer as a teacher and the other is
a special ed teacher. Cathy
I want to thank everyone for prayers for my brother Chuck. Chuck recently
had an Echo Gram and the results show his heart is getting strong and the
medicine he is on is working. The Dr was very happy. He also had gotten bills for
some other tests that he thought he would owe $3500., the bill said he owes
$73. Thank You Father, for hearing our united prayers. Joyce
Thank you Lord for you are wonderful. I thank you for the healing you just gave me
for without it I would be in heaven now. Once again you turned this agony into
healing. I have accepted healing for this and I praise you for it. I am waiting the
day that I will be totally free from it. Help me Lord to stay free from it.
I thank you Lord for touching my leg last week and letting me know what to do to get
rid of the bubble and start the healing. One wound is now totally healed and the
other is looking really well. THAT WAS A MERICLE. Annie
An update!! Miracles upon miracles….
I saw a vein specialist yesterday and the veins are totally open and
functioning properly!!! He understood my allergies to chemicals
(which is amazing, doctors usually don’t know anything about
Environmental Illness).
It was a very pleasant visit.
He said I had an allergic reaction to something and all is well.
The ultrasound showed no blockages!!!!
Thank you everyone for your awesome prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blessings, Rae
PRAISE GOD Steve got a job...he starts Monday...
Thanks for all your prayers and I hope each of you
have a Blessed Day!!!! God is good....
Blessings, Mitzi
Tammy my niece who had the heart attack is doing so much better,
and they didn't have to do anything for her kidneys which they thought
were failing, and she may get to go home in a few days!!!
Also my daughter Angela got a very good job close to home just like
she was praying for !!!!!!! And little David, who we prayed for who had
surgery for the aneurysm is now attending our church with his Mother,
sisters, brother, and Grandmother, and this last Sunday his Mother Mary
accepted Jesus as her Saviour !!!!!!!
Our God Reigns !!!!!!! Our God is an Awesome God !!!!!!!
Just had to share what the LORD has done !!!!!!!
Love and Prayers, Reta
Dr. Rowe
and Dr. Stack are very pleased with her progress. Dr. Stack thought she
was a little more swollen, but Lance told him she was still on steroids
and trying to come off of them. That explained every thing, he thought
she was off of them. Lance asked what about her next round of chemo and
when would she start. If you remember, she was suppose to start taking
chemo again this past March, after talking with Dr. Hutchinson her
Oncologist, they have agreed no need for the next round of chemo.
Praise the Lord! This is another much answered prayer. We are just so
thankful for this news. We want what is best for Lauren, if it required
another round of chemo, we would support the doctors.
We just spoke to Dr. Hanley. He said the surgery went very well. She didn't
have to go on the heart-lung machine which will accelerate her recovery. That's
an answer to prayer!
Alexis,Kyle and I made it home SAFE. It was a great afternoon today. Luke did
really well and we were very pleased how he looks. He had a good walk today,
but he tired easily. And he still needs some more work with speech and
occupational therapy. But he was so excited to see Alexis and Kyle, as they too were
excited to see him. Luke just laughed and laughed when they were in the bed
making it go up and down. It was so good to see him like that. Leo
Luke is in the process of being moved to 9th floor. He is having a good
afternoon thus far. He is still having ocassional changes in his personality, but
looks pretty good. He is starting physical and occupational therapy, and
hopefully speech. He is so excited about going up to the 9th floor. but would rather
go home. I said to him, we want to get out of here (CICU). He said in his
still raspy voice "I want to get out of Pittsburgh". So please pray that he
continues to improve his memory and his overall mental state. We still have some
things to get through before he goes home, but it seems we are on the right
track. Also please pray for negative cultures so they can get his new line put in
soon.
Thanks,
Leo
We are thrilled to let everyone know, that we got the
results back from the urine and there are no signs of cancer cells!! Yea!! That
is just what we wanted to hear!! Now we have nothing to worry about for a
while, until we go for a scan in October. Talk with everyone later. Off to pack
some more!
Much love,
Jamie, Shelly and princess Chloe
We had an appt with the doctor today and since things continue to go well,
they have given us the okay to go home. We are close enough to come back for
check ups. The plan is to go to GR one week and then Ann Arbor the next, so that
someone will be checking her weekly. Thank the Lord with us that she is well
enough to go home.
Ali was feeling tired and light headed today but usually that comes and goes.
So, we are still in Ann Arbor, doing a little homework, packing up some stuff
from the apartment, then heading home overnight. We'll be coming back
Thursday night for another physical therapy appt here and for me to meet up with a
high school friend. Then, we'll pack up the rest of the apartment over the
weekend and we're out of here.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Callie has been successfully extubated!! Praise God!
Karen saw her after the procedure was done and she said Callie looked
"mellow", so thinks, perhaps, they gave her something to keep her calm. They
suctioned her thoroughly before pulling the tube and will be watching her very closely
over the next few hours for any signs of mucus build-up or other potential
problems!
Karen wanted everyone to know right away so that you can direct your prayers
to Callie recovering from having the tube taken out after 18 days! Thank you
all for your constant prayers and vigilence!
We are back home in Germany. The time we were able to spend in Missouri was
absolutely fantastic! Every day had new surprises, we went fishing, visited
farms, enjoyed eating out at very, very reasonable prices and the best of
it all was to watch our dear friends and Justin getting married on the
28th. I was one of the bride's maids, the shoes almost killed me, my kids
didn't like the fact I was escorted by "some other man" (the groom's man).
It was really funny. Tina
You all know that Enoch (husband) had a heart attack May 9Th. and he had
emergency stint surgery to keep him from having a massive heart attack and only 2
weeks later emergency by-pass surgery to keep him from having another heart
attack. I could go into it about the emergencies but would take to long. The
timing was just so unbelievable...... Just right on time, like God ALWAYS is .
God gave Enoch a CHRISTIAN Cardiologist. Can you imagine the relief when I found
out this Dr. prayed before he did anything?
I said allll that to say this.... Yesterday was my sweethearts birthday and he
turned 61. We had the best day even tho it was so hot. He had to go to the
surgeon for the LAST time just for ck up. Surgeon says he is doing excellent. He
doesn't even have to go back to the Cardiologist for several months.
I couldn't help but think all day (crying) oh how thankful I am Lord this could
have been sooooo different.... I am getting to spend another birthday with him
and he was just so happy and whistling and just enjoying life. Back to his old
(young) self. LOL...
We finally have an update for you... more BIG news. The test from last week
came back AGAIN with 100% of my cells and the his ANC count went up without
any assistance, and as if that isn't enough good news.... THE MRI ALSO CAME
BACK NORMAL!
All three of those things are HUGE! Further proof that you must BELIEVE (in
God)... and PRAYER WORKS!
Thank you for your continued prayers... BELIEVE... PRAYER WORKS!!!
PRAISE REPORT ON JOSEPH, the young teenager, who had hernia surgery on
Monday, he is doing great and it only took 20 minutes in surgery, and he
is so Thankful to God, and for all the ones praying for him. OUR GOD
REIGNS !!!!!!! OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD !!!!!!!
LOVE YOU ALL, Reta
What a beautiful morning it is! (every morning is) I have the last update on the
cat bite. The cat is CLEAN of everything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Monica's dad contacted the Humane Society (because he hadn't heard anything) they
told him that if it's more than 10 days since the cat was tested, and if no one
called him, then that means the cat was clear of any infection or sicknesses....so
that means PRAISE GOD!!!! MONICA IS CLEAR OF ANYTHIING. I just found that out.
THANK YOU FATHER!!!!!!!!!!! AMEN!!!!!!!!!! (normally the Society will call within
10 days if there was anything wrong......it's already been more than 10 days)
We thank you all SOOOOO MUCH for all your prayers. God Bless, ylsiC, Teri
No Cancer anywhere else in body!!!!!
Hi,
Well the news has been so positive these last two weeks that they have been
putting off my chemo and radiation to do more tests in hopes to eliminate
radiation all together. Infact the doctor I met with today was extremely
positive, and said I might not even have to have chemo- but- well we will
see; I think that is too optimistic for me. Prayers are being answered
keep praying!
All of their testing has revealed that though this is small cell lung
cancer and usually spreads extremely fast; usually is not caught before it
has already hit several places in the body and is usually
in-operatable. My case is rare and different. Bless me for breaking my
rib and them taking x-rays; and bless me a second time for insisting on a
second biopsy! Otherwise I would not have known and any symptoms I would
have chalked up to the fibromyalgia.
So all the tests show NO CANCER ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE BODY! It also shows
one small tumor in the middle lobe of my right lung. The tumor is located
on the outer side of the chest. This is good too because 99% of the
time they are found toward the center of the chest and effecting other
things like the lymph nodes etc.
Praying for Great reports for Mom on August 7th....Asking for God's
Healing Hands to continue his great works within her...."
These days, mom has been staying home, at the outside temperature is too
high (36C). Last time I asked the prayers for her stomach bloating which
also induced the bad breathing!! Praise God that today mom is better with
not much bloating, Amen!! Amen!! It is God's great work!
I hope this also an encouragement to you all that our prayers are powerful!!
Though mom is still weak, and not yet go for exercise, and I pray God
continues to strengthen her. And also, please continue to lift mom up as we
will be to hospital this Tuesday (your Monday) for checking. I pray for the
Great reports!! In Jesus name, Amen!! Amen!!

I just recieved God News that Pam is now Leukemia free. The Drs
did some bone marrow testing about 2 weeks ago and she got word at the Dr.
yesterday. Praise the Good Lord for all of his healing and love. We thanks and
give Him praise for he is the Almighty Healer and Father.
Love and prayers,
Joyce
P. S. Thank You all who have prayed!
All is well! (Thank You, Jesus!)
She is off the nitric drip and they are scaling down on the oxygen. They did
note that she has a low TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) & cortisol (a
hormone secreted by the adrenal gland and associated with stress) levels, so an
endocrinologist checked her over and they may give her some steroids temporarily,
altho' in the past her thyroid has been fine. The causative factor here may
just be the stress of the surgery itself.
Thanks, as always, for keeping Callie in your awesome prayers!
the blood cultures that were taken a couple days ago are still
showing nothing. So that is a big prayer answered. We ask that you continue
to pray about that until we are released.
we have to stay in for result on bone marrow and doing breathe treatment too!
so the great news is that bone marrow is working good and show no
lekumia!!!!! mom got all exictied and i told her... hey mama Remmy it not done!! then
cara told me aww get happy!!!
Callie is awake and fully interactive despite the tube down her throat. The
nurses and doctors are amazed at how well she is tolerating the tube as a
toddler. I think she's just used to it and did most of her thrashing about the
issue while she was paralyzed. She is showing no signs of any cognitive problems
due to the episodes of hypoxia she endured. There was always that unspoken fear
of her still being the Callie we all know when she came too from 2 weeks of
relative unconsciousness. Last night, Joe and I were furiously pulling out toys
and books for her to play with. It was awesome to have our baby back even if
she was still attached to machinery. They are continuing to scale back on the
nitric oxide. Her blood pressures have been marginal but the doctors are
pleased with her overall peppiness. Her (blood gases) are kind of cruddy but
doctors are cautiously optimistic and I can't stress the word "cautiously" enough. I
am overjoyed to be able to communicate with Callie again. Joe left at 6:30am.
It's stings to have him gone as I knew it would. My heart dropped a little
bit when I opened up the medicine cabinet this morning to see all his stuff
gone. I guess that comes with the territory. We've shared such a storm together,
it's hard to be separated during this time. I am glad Noah and Cozy will see
him tonight.
I want to thank the Lord and for all who prayed. My blood work was for my FSH
level, which was low, which is good, I’m not menopausal or pre-menopausal
yet. J The pap came out clear (tho the doc doesn’t think he went as deep as he
should have) and the sonogram was clear. J
I want to thank everyone for praying for me. I just got back from the doctor's
office. The news was good. We prayed God would take care of the loose screw and he
did. When he tightens a screw it is done without pain.
YEEEEEEEEEEEEEPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! NO SURGERY! PRAISE THE LORD! PRAISE THE LORD!
PRAISE THE LORD. HALLELUJAH! HALLELUJAH!HALLELUJAH!
Love, Annie
would like to thank each and every one of you for all of your prayers
concerning my marriage. We had the most amazing time together. It was
wonderful. This was a well needed vacation for both of us. Please continue
to pray for us, as we have a long ways to go. There was only one incident
on our trip, where that controlling spirit started to rise up, but I
believe the prayers from all of you and others nipped that thing in the
bud! Thank you, Lord. We both need the Lords healing touch, always. Jennifer
This is such great news. Please keep praying. We have learned so much more
about this couple and how the Father is using them. They are true warriors
on
the battlefield and we must pray them through this season. I feel honored
to belifting them before the Father.
Cathy
Many thanks to all that prayed for Margaret's dad. Amazingly, but not so
amazing
since our God is awesome!...Her dad was sitting up in bed yesterday!
The doctors believe they got ALL the cancer!! Praise God!
He went from a bleak report to this wonderfully good news!!! God is so good
and I know He was there before the doctors! : ) I really thank you all for
your
prayers and we all together Praise the Lord for this wonderful outcome!!Carol
PRAISE REPORT on sister Louise, the dr. said there was a mass on her
head,or dried blood, after prayer, dr took further tests, and there is NOTHING
there, no mass, no dried blood, so no surgery is needed, because GOD
touched her and made her whole !!!!!!!
Love and Prayers, Reta
I am able to write to you myself this morning after a long day at the hospital
yesterday but finally a successful removal of the filter! God is so great! I
prayed that the doctors would know what they were doing and do you know
that the first doctor found out what type of filter it was and stepped aside,
called in someone else who had more experience and then stood in to learn
from him! Isn't God great!!! I feel a bit sore but other than that I am
doing well.
Thank you everyone for all your prayers!
Love,

I want to thank everyone for the prayers for my son Rick who had an
emergency appendectomy about 2 weeks ago. He is feeling good and getting
around really well! Praise God! He had a doctor appt on Friday and the
doctor was so pleased at how exceptionally well Rick was doing. : ) We are
very thankful for that and thank you for the prayers for him and we thank
the Lord for being there and for such a good oTHANKS to each of your for your prayers!!
The doctor said all went well today. We'll take her for a follow-up visit
tomorrow but I'm believing our Great Physician, Jesus, that the doctor
will declare ALL IS WELL.
You are all such a blessing to us! Again, THANKS!!

Thanks to all who prayed for Dotsy and the catherization she went
through this morning. It went very well. The doctor only found minor narrowing in
one artery and that can be taken care of with medicine. So no surgery is needed.
Sandy
All went well - the filter was removed successfully and the Lord provided
the wisdom and the skill -- the doctor (Dr. T) scheduled to do the
procedure bowed out because he had not removed the particular filter that
Connie had before and said he would not practice on her, and they called in
another doctor (Dr. K) with the experience - Dr T and another doctor stood
by and learned how to do the procedure! Wow!
Praise the Lord, Love Dorothy
Thanks for the prayer of each and everyone. Both Dan and I felt HIS Present,
as we traveled home. We arrived safely without any further incidents and
it was
two beautiful days, the Lord made for us. We are tired and a little sore,
but it was
HIM that guided us home.
Love to all my brothers and sisters in Christ,
Odie
Thank you so much for all the praying!!! Please don't quit!! God has me
on a fast track to recovery and healing.. These are miracles! Never, seen
before- rare- amazing- never found. That is what they keep saying with the
way things are going!
I had my Medianoscopy today. this morning and the prepped be to most likely
be in ICU afterwards, but told me to plan 1-2 days in the hospital. They
seemed so sure they put in a blood pressure central line of sorts, that
sits in your artery. They put me under before they did that. Yeah! They
ordered two units of blood for the surgery. Pulling out the big guns;
getting ready for it all.
Instead I was in such good shape- I was home by 12:30. They discharged me
home. Never happens, but that is ok by me!! Yeah. Second and most
important: None of the lymph nodes had cancer on the preliminary exams
(final frozen sections come back tomorrow). 99% of the time these
particular lymph nodes have cancer cells in them!! Well we know (Thank you
God) Who makes me the other 1%.
The doctor was beaming with the good news as soon as I woke up. He said
we would go ahead and remove the tumor as early as Monday- which would mean
a CURE, not just remission!! Praising God.
We went last Sunday night to the boards. It was absolutely incredible.
We were surrounded by large groups of youths asking all kinds of deep
questions about sin, heaven and the nature of God. Boy do we need to keep
the youth of this country in our prayers. The team I was with so amazing.
One of my prayers before we left was that the believers on the board walk
would be stirred in thier own faith. Several Christians came up to me that
night and said that they were believers and that they were so encouraged to
see us witnessing. There were two women sitting on the bench next to us so
I approached them to see if they would take the Book of John they told me
that they were Christians and that they have been praying for us and how
encouraged they were by us. These two women were Publishers for Baker
Publishing Co. I'm pretty sure that's the name anyway they published a
couple of Chuck Smith's books. It was truly a Blessed time all the way from
the start.
Thank you so much for

Praise the Lord, two of my great nieces aged 16, both
joined my prayer group, how great for teens to desire
to pray for others!
Love in Christ, Anna Marie
Just want to say hello & let you know that I continue to do well with my
Multiple Myeloma...been in remission now for about 5 yrs PTL!! Penny
I am healing from my lung surgery, slowly but- still healing. My oxygen
saturation is at 100%, which means my lungs are good and working. Yeah! I
made it through my first round of chemo fine. I still have hair, however
two weeks after my body just gave up and my white and red blood cells hit
an all time low. So I have been receiving shots this week to grow more red
and white cells. I spent the time in bed, so fatigued! Wow. Judy
I had a message on my answering machine yesterday, but sometimes people are
so darn slowing in leaving a message that I deleted right as someone spoke So I
saw that the oncologist’s office had called and I called them this morning.
They were just calling to let me know everything had turned out fine, it was
just a cyst. Thank the Lord and thanks for praying!

My wife, Terry talked to Kealeigh's grandmother today and so far, this is
what I know. Many miracles are happening to this child of God, as I
write. The Lord is with this child. I am asking for those around the
child to relate back to me, all of these miracles. This child is deifying
all of the doctor's claims that she will not live. This child's body is
doing everything that the doctors would do if they operated, by doing it on
her own. She even removed the air tube in her mouth and breathing on her
own I know the prayers are reaching the Lord. No one can tell me that Our
Lord is not there. The faith of the father's side of the family is
preventing the destruction of this child. I will keep you Prayer Warriors
posted on these miracles happening here. Love to all.
Odie
Thank you so much for taking time to email and pray for my Dad and his health.
I am so very pleased to share the news for today.
The results came back today from his catscan yesterday. He has NO CANCER,
but has 2 gravel size stones in his pancreas area. At this time we don't
have the
details of the prognosis, but are assured that the doctors will know what
avenue
to take to help my Dad fully recover.
Melissa arrived yesterday, no problems on the road. She has some
interviews next week and needs God's wisdom
on decisions for kid's school, a place to live (eventually), etc. Please
continue to pray for this family...they need a
special touch from our gracious Lord going forward.
Thanks & God bless ya'll !!!
DE
Praise God, my doctor sat and listened and shared his views WITHOUT
trashing mine! Now he realizes the troubles I have with the medications
and is in agreement with me that if I can get by without it, don't take it!!!
He is now pleased that I am NOT taking the new med he prescribed and
we both agreed that if I feel I need it sometime in the future I will give
it a
try in baby steps!!! But I am praying I NEVER need it!!! Sheila
"Fantastic" - that was the doctor's response after the latest check-up.
They are very pleased by how the tumor is shrinking. There are still 7 more
rounds of chemo to go through and surgery waiting at the end.
Since the first combination of chemo started to damage her heart, she is
now on a chemo that is causing very severe nausea.
Please pray with us that God will hold down the nausea. It is very hard on
Laura.
Thank God: they were able to take her off regular pain medication. Tina
Yesterday he went to his doctor who ran a PSA test(even though they said it
would not be accurate and other doctor would not run until Jan 08)
Well our prayers are being answered........now his PSA could have been
high....but it was .054 and the doctor said that was EXCELLENT....but said that does
NOT make you cancer free by any means but does show that the 38 radiation
treatments did and are still working(stays in your system for a year they told
him).... and means that the prostrate cancer is in remission. He will have
another PSA in 6 months... Lainey
I fell last week, too....caught my big toe
and the next one on the bed skirt and bent them both under / they hurt
so bad, got ugly looking...I laid on the floor and cried / I had also fallen
on a knee that I had just had shots in both of them. Anyway, just got
a floor burn on the knee, and the big toe isn't very straight, but the pain
DID go away!!! Praise God!!
Love in Him, Nadine
The EEG showed no more absences in his brain, even under hyperventilation!
The blood will show if the medication has its right dosage. And the most
praiseworthy fact: his form of absence epilepsy is the infantile one, which
has the best chances to get grown out in puberty. There is another form,
the juvenile one, which is more difficult to be treated and usually ends up
in real seizures. We were kind of dreading that one... But yeah, God is
good, isn't he??? Tina
Got water praise God ! Thanks for being a dear friend,
Love Ken
God is good! The growth they thought was on his pancreas may
only be an inflamed area. We will know more after next Thursday's
endoscopy ultrasound.
Thank you...I will keep in touch.

My Chiropractor Tina went through her surgery with flying colors. There was no
cancer or anything else bad. She is doing great. She is already back to work.
Tina's business partner Vickie had surgery on her throat last week and she is also
doing great.
Today it has been exactly two months since I went to the hospital
for a
routine, same day surgery that turned into such a major ordeal with a month
long stay complete with blood cloth, filters in and out and all that stuff!
Well I saw my surgeon today and he released me from his care into the care
of a home physical therapist for strengthening my legs and getting me back
in shape after laying around all this time. Yes, God is GREAT! I feel so
blessed to have made it through all of this. And for those of you who have
never heard my whole story, this made 36 surgeries I have had the Lord help
me through to recover from some things that went wrong here and there. But
He never lets me down and never leaves me.
God Bless you all and thank you for all of your support and prayers!Connie
Praise God that Isabella is doing better. The second is an email he
sent back to me after I sent him one telling him that there are hundreds
maybe thousands now that are praying for Isabella here in Texas and
Oklahoma. I think you will feel his heart as he writes. Please keep
praying. We are witnessing a miracle.
Bless you all for your concern and prayers for this child and her parents!
Please continue to intercede on their behalf as they move forward now.

Father Zakaria Boutrous is an Egyptian Coptic priest who was kicked
out his country for evangelizing Muslims.
Now he's reaching the Islamic world through satellite and Internet
broadcasts. CWN spoke with him earlier this week.
As I thought about it I remembered
that I had just set aside this testimony to share about Shannon and her
stand against Halloween. Thank You Lord for your amazing leading! Shannon
was born deaf and the only voice she has ever heard is that of God. Her
stand on this evening was one of the biggest confirmations to me that
Halloween is absolutely wrong and we should condemn it not celebrate it in
some compromising so called alternative celebration! So I am sharing it
with you, praying as always, that good Christians STOP aligning themselves
with the enemy on this evil day.
It's been fourteen years, but the Lord caused me to stumble across this a
couple of days ago, it's been setting here for me to update and send
out. Today my Lord clearly told me it was time. His timing is, as always,
Perfect. I was in tears as I re-read it, I had forgotten about this
night. Today Shannon is almost 22, engaged to be married, working full
time days, going to college nights.
Love you all, Sheila
Good news, we were able to come home . Even better news they had Dr. Webber
from Pittsburg out here yesterday also. With Max’s numbers being so whacked
they are planning going ‘old school’ meaning using Cyclosporine and Imuron for
anti-rejection meds. They didn’t go this route sooner because he had such
issues with the side affects to the meds when he first came out of transplant. Talk
about MIRACLES!!! The docs are completely in Shock and Awe! The slide just
came back with a grade ZERO !!!!! They were all sure to see rejection (seeing
that his Prograff levels was at 5). This little guy is a living Miracle! I asked
if they can just move their grading scale over or at least have Max set the
curve. They replied “Maybe in 5 years.”
PTL!!! Some day, let Kylie know that Believers around the world were (are)
praying for her...GOD is SO GOOD!
DE
We're HOME!!!
Kiley got to come home this evening! We were shocked at how quickly
everything happened!!! Once the infection got under control she got better
so fast, it is wonderful having her home.
Her home health care nurse came out to the house and set everything up so
we now how to work the IV. She wasn't too happy about still having to do
medicine at home... but when when we mentioned the alternative, she was
just fine letting me hook up her medicine!
Thank you so much for all of your prayers, meals, time, emails and
support. We appreciate your kindness.
I have great news in that God took care of the issue completely and it all
worked out.
Praise God always and he will take care of you.
Thank you for your prayers!
Odie
She is doing pretty well again, still in the hospital though. They did a 24
hr ekg
and blood pressure thing and will do more tests Monday. We are very thankful
that it is not a stroke or a heart attack. Her collapse was not a common "being
out for a few minutes" one, but a rather uncommon kind. I will keep you updated!
love, Tina
Betty's gastroenterologist actually said," He could hardly believe that she
did live through it all! "
She told him that it was all God and the power of prayer that kept her
alive. As of last night, her
GI system "woke up" and has begun to slowly function. It isn't perfect yet,
but it is a start. She
sounds so much better today, she finally has hope that all is going to be
well. Morris (husband)
was taking her to Furr's Cafeteria for dinner on their way home. Her
specialist gave her a totally
different diet from what the other doctor had given her and told her to
come see him from now on
if she has any further problems in the future. Things are looking GOOD!!!

Gaby had a much better weekend and so did I. Isn't it amazing how the dominoe
effect works. Today, he decided to cook breakfast for us. He is taking a
"foods" class at school and has learned how to make strawberry stuffed crepes. He
woke up at 7 am to begin the process as he wanted to give me breakfast in bed.
We ate 2 tiny crepes each at noon. Not bad! 7 crepes in 5 hours. He, he... I
just finished cleaning the mess.....or as Clari puts it, the work of art. Hm? Beth
God in all His glory
I went to the Blount county community action agency
They offered to help us with $250.00 to turn on the gas
Atmos gas company came and put in the gas
We still wont have hot water until my brother fixes something
But its available, GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST
I started to cry in the office, 25 days with no hot water
I am so excited, so happy
God is just too good
All in His timing
My grandson can take baths now.
Now, I will pray for the furniture to come as well

We are so happy to report that Donna has been stabilized. They have moved
her from Intensive Care and into a regular room. I've also found that the
hospital where she's admitted has an online Greeting Card Service for their patients.
You can e-mail her a Get Well card and the hospital will print it out
and give it to her.
PRAISE THE LORD! THE 4TH SCOPE PROVED SUCCESSFUL! tHEY FOUND THE ulcer - put some
stuff in there to seal it off (it had already stopped bleeding!!!! Yeah, God!)
There was a scab they did not touch - a judgment call - might have made it bleed, so
they will be watching it for a day or two, just to be sure it stays okay!
If this had not worked, it would have meant that very risky surgery. Gary has been
a trooper throughout it all and I just thakn our heavenly father for his
faithfulness and goodness. He'll be in CCU today and maybe one more, then
downstairs and then home in a day or so they say. (Well, the nurse thinks). We're
ready - he's bee there since the 12th. GOD IS GOOD!
Lauren has made major improvement over the last week. I want to give
everyone a recap of the past month. During July we started slowly coming off the
steroids every two weeks. The first of August we started seeing some set backs.
We continued on with the tapering of the steroids until the first of
September. Lauren was just totally unable to walk, eat, talk, and move her right
side. Dr. Archer administered the intravenous steroid IV and fluids over a 5 day
period (at home). We were very thankful we did not have to go in every day.
This was a very quick boost to her body and gave her much needed strength.
She is now receiving physical, occupational and speech therapy 3 times a week.
She received her 2nd dose of chemo to treat the MS on September 14.
She is now able to talk, feed herself (little messy J), sit up on her own,
move her legs, crossing her legs, using the remote and phone, reading, regaining
movement back in her right side, and the ability to walk with assistance. I
know some of these sound so simple, but we just take for granted the simple
use of pointing our finger, picking up a pencil, putting a spoon in your mouth,
pouring your self a drink, standing up.

I want to give you all a praise report regarding my mother Fina and her
husband Ted that just returned from Reno Nevada. They not only accomplished everything they set out to do, but they found Great Favor with the Lord. There were things and obstacles that the enemy had set up for them to fail with and the Lord Jesus Christ was there to
prevent it from happening!!!! The Lord gave them travelers mercies and
they returned back home safely. I Thank You All and they Thank You All for Your Prayers. We give Praises and Thanks to " God " AMEN... !!!!! John
Glenda called to announce the arrival of their new great-grandson, Konor who arrived at 5:34 PM after sixteen and a half hours of labor! Mother, (grand-daughter Jasey) and Daddy (James) and baby Konor
are all doing well!
Thank You, Jesus, for the safe delivery of this new little life
who will bring happiness and joy to his extended family!
I talked to Ron, this afternoon. He was able to get to work this afternoon. The
operation went well and they fill they got all of the cancer. Ron felt the
Lord was with him and wanted to thank all of you for lifting him up to the
Master. Please keep him in your prayers so that no more shows up. You Prayer warriors are really great to have as friends. Odie
A long time Pastor
friend came to my sisters house to minister to my sister and her family. He had
brought a couple that had also lost a child several years ago. And they
shared their story and how Christ pulled them through. And my two nephews had also
sat in and listened. My brother-in-law had asked Jesus in his heart as a
teen, but has fallen away. And my nephews I believe are also saved, at least I am
pretty sure Joe is. I prayed with him myself many years ago. And Craig I am
not 100% sure. But they listened.
This is what I really wanted to share. After they had left, my sister pulled
me away and ask to talk with me. I thought she was going to doubt her newly
acquired SALVATION. As we sat down she said she had a dream last night of Sydnie
and Tyler. In her dream she seen the two of them dressed in all WHITE. And
Sydnie said "I AM HAPPY MOM"!! And she was not sure what to think of it. She
said that is the first dream she had since the accident. I assured her, and I
believe in my heart that it was real and God allowed this vision to be
seen. After having her dream she said "I think I'm going to be all right now. I miss
her, but I don't wish her back." The change is so recognizable in her now. And
the peace is so evident. The terrible pain is still there as well, but now she
has peace. God is doing great things through this terrible tragedy. At Tyler's
funeral service someone else had accepted Christ in their life. They died so
others may LIVE !!
GOD BLESS,
Leo
Archie is doing better - the swelling in his arm is going down. All seems
to be
healing as well as can be expected. His spirits are good. dorothy
I have received notice that I am
granted full disability. Thank you Jesus! Praise God! And again, many thanks to
all of the devoted prayer warriors. God bless you all. To God be all the glory.

MIBG results are in. Great news
another negative scan. This is great. Who would have ever knew this time last
year our lives were beging to be turned upside down and a year later, all is
well. Praise the lord!!
Night before last Livia crawled about 3ft and now has been crawling up to
10ft back and forth!!!!!Praise GOD!!! I am so HAPPY!!! I give all praise and
glory to GOD!!!! This is a baby that the doctors told me would never do anything,
not even live.. and by any chance if she did live she'd be in a vegetated
state.. I put my Faith in our Almighty Physician and He has blessed us all so
much!!!!!!!! This is one of my prayers that the LORD would heal her so she could
crawl and walk.. This is another answered prayer!!!! Kim
Today, God has blessed Gaby with a fantastic day. We have been in Chicago all
day long doing more tests and he has taken it like a champ. It is almost
scary! For whatever long, we'll take it.
We
are so thankful and blessed upon hearing the news once again, scans are free
of cancer and MS issues look much better. Praise God! Overall it is a good
scan, NO CANCER!!!, NO ENHANCEMENT. We are on the right track. Dr. Archer
feels she is stable and we can spread out the next dose of Novantrone (chemo) a
little more (which is a good sign). This will also allow her body to recover a
little more. Some of the lesions were questioned to be slightly larger, but
there are no new lesions and no active lesions. No, they are not gone, but the
fact that there aren't new ones or active ones is great news!! I know we
have all been spoiled to hearing the results right away, but Dr. Archer was out
of town and we were not able to find out as quickly. Dr. Archer called me this
morning to give me the news. What a blessing to have him as one of our
doctors.
I had the cardiac catherization today A big
answer to prayer the Dr. said that the muscle of the heart is good and it is a
healthy heart muscle. My echocardiogram showed that the bottom half of my heart
wasn't working and that it had scar tissue, however, by the time I had my
cardiac catherization I had no signs of heart problems the heart itself was in good
condition Praise our Lord for that Glory to His name I also want to thank
each of you for your prayers God bless you and may He in His divine infinite
mercy bestow a blessing upon each one of you who did pray for me Jesus is the
same yesterday today and forever I pray that this has encouraged your heart and
know that you can trust in Him you only need a mustard seed of faith and God
said you can move mountains I thank Him for the faith I do have and know that
He is in control of our lives God bless you and embrace you with His Love
love Liz
I actually have TWO praises!!! First and the best is my new OBGYN
doctor says my muscles are REAL GOOD and he would not suggest
me as a candidate for the surgery they usually do. I did not tell him
this was suggested by the dr at the Mayo Clinic, just went for a check
up and questions as to my problems!!! PRAISE GOD!!! He gave me
some cream, telling me that people with such fair skin, light hair, have
this problem more than others. But mentioned if this does not work,
we will need to look inside the bladder to see if there is anything wrong.
PLEASE pray with this amazing change in those muscles that this is
the Lord's answer and NOTHING is wrong inside!!! Thank you so much!!!
Also, I have managed to clean up the computer with no help other than
our Lord, the only computer guy I trust was getting married just when I
needed him. But the Lord gave me the strength to get through it, I am
clean, the old program and ALL of it's pieces finally removed and I've got
a new trial virus program working. Very tired so getting back slowly.
Love and blessings to you all and again, THANKS for your prayers!!!!
Our God did answer!!!!
Sheila
Peyton had a great week last week and this week is already shaping up pretty
good too. She is doing incredibly well (Praise God) and is in good spirits
most of the time. Her energy level is still good and she has not been sick in
several weeks now. Whatever was causing her to react poorly to dairy has gone
away and she is now enjoying all the stuff she was missing before. Her appetite
is good, but not great, but we are pleased that she is doing so well and not
getting sick.
Everything remains unchanged. Callie is still on 6 litres and 60 percent
oxygen. Sats are a bit more stable. She is playful and in a great mood, however,
she is just stuck in the crib. I can take her out next to the crib, we can only
go as far as the tubes will let her.
When I came home this evening, Jenna and the boys were outside playing and I
thought I saw her running and not skipping. I went inside to put my things
away and came back out to play with them and Jason had fell off his bike and she
turned around and started running towards him, not skipping, RUNNING (at a
slower pace but running). Tears filled my eyes because I know how hard this has
been for her to master being there with her during physical therapy, she just
crossed another hurdle, utilizing her knee and running. I was so excited for
her so we ran up and down the road a couple of times, she gets a little too fast
sometimes but she will get it down. We ran down to Ranee's house and she
showed Ranee so of course she got a treat.
Another great day and great evening with the kids. I am proud of Jenna, she
is one determined little girl to get it right.

1st Update/1:15pm [Becky] We got back from the hospital a short time ago.
Ethan's counts looked good!! Praise God! His ANC is still a little low, at
700, but his platelets and hemoglobin both went up! Yippie!! I was so thankful
to see that. Thank you for your prayers!
The rest of the day will be for playing, giving meds, and changing
dressing. Right now he is resting because he didn't get a morning nap.
PLEASE PRAY for the cell boost he received to destroy the leukemia! KEEP
PRAYING! BELIEVE! PRAYER WORKS!!
I can't thank you enough for all of your prayers!!!
I needed a Cardiologist to clear me before I can plan either of the surgeries
needed, we found one very close to our home, (5 min. drive) John has been
taking off work these past months to take me but we need the work. We
decided if I was having a good day I would drive over, if not, I would just
cancel.
Well, I didn't have to!!! PRAISE GOD!! I drove over, got in and out by
myself !!
And he is a wonderful and kind doctor! Came home exhausted, but praising
the Lord for giving me the strength!!!Sheila
On Sunday, I took mom to church again (it is the first time, after early
this year she felt unwell, Amen!), but after the whole morning function,
this afternoon she feels headache, and pray that she can overcome all these
and with a stronger body to restore the church life!
Having seen the GI last week, Praise God that the medicine are fine to mom,
and her fullness and indigestion are almost fixed (for sure, cannot be
perfect!), mom can eat 4 times a day (with small portions), and no more
losing weight! It is God's work! Amen!
But I know the root cause of mom's IBS is due to Kui's situation.
Love, Kris
We are home!!! (yay!!!), Max was so confused, he didn’t understand why he had
an IV attached to his arm if he was going home. All he knew is that it hurt
going in and it’s going to hurt coming out. I’m pretty nerve wrecked with this
Picc line being in and us being home with it. He’s getting his chemo twice a
day, morning and night. It looks like the Petechiae has returned. I’ve just
placed a call to the transplant team, and waiting for his nurse to come. Boy,
the stress level in this house doesn’t let up! But Jared seems to keep his
composure.
I'm already improving from your and other's prayers.
I need some therapy, it looks like...this is not a "flesh and blood" battle,
I can sure see that. Oh, how I have appreciated all of your prayers!! God
does hear and answer!! God Bless you ALL!! Love, Nadine
PRAISING GOD ALL THE DAY LONG!!!!
ALL GOING GREAT...GOD IS SOOO MERCIFUL, ALMIGHTY AND GOOD!
I LOVE EVERY ONE OF YOU! THANK YOU FOR CARING!
DIANNE
Once again thank you for your prayers
Luca had not be able to eat anything for five weeks, everytime we tried to
feed him he vomited back, his doctor failed to see what was wrong and continue
to give him medicine that were totally wrong. Through the incestince of Natasha
and my wife Patricia Luca was taken to the hospital about 30 minutes away and
the medical staff said that his condition was grave and that Luca should have
been at the hospital earlier. Through prayer and the power of the name of
Jesus he had something to eat and he hold it down.
Once again thank you for your prayers
Luca's grandfather , Sergio.
Karen called about 10 minutes ago, very excited and pleased to report that
Dr. Hanley says the surgery was completely successful and that he is very happy
with everything! MIRACLE!!! Callie did not need the heart/lung bypass
machine at all during the surgery which should be a great benefit to her recovery
now!
He rebuilt the two good vessels that lead to separate lobes in her right lung
with homograft tissue. Additionally, some stenotic distal vessels were
re-opened to
allow even more circulation.... Karen says that she's been told that it is
common for those type of vessels to close over.
Dr. Hanley said he "tweaked" the shunt to match the pressure and her oxygen
saturation level "shot up" dramatically.
Karen was gathering up her things to get from RMH to the hospital where Joe
is still in the waiting room....... Callie is being settled in the Cardiac ICU
and then
they will get to see her.
Halle did
wonderful. They took her back at 7:30 and she was done around 9:30. Post more when
we are home. Right now she is getting reaquainted with all her old 5th floor
friends. George even wheeled down to her room to give her a hug and say Hi.
She's owie but good.
Thank you for your prayers.
God is good. All the time.
amy
Anaya had a hospital visit this week for an ultrasound and the doctor
discovered a second kidney. So, she has two instead of only one.
During the first six (yes 6!) ultrasounds, the doctors were only able
to see one kidney and now there's two.
Did the doctors miss this kidney during the first six ultrasounds or
did the Lord just give her a second one? In any event, the Lord has
answered our prayers. By the way, Anaya means: God has answered.
Thanks again for standing in the gap for Anaya and for us.
Blessings,
Stan, Marnie, Alyssa, Kendall, Mama Ashley en Anaya

They were able to get the line back in. His arm was pretty swollen Dottie
said, bur he is doing well. They left the hospital about 5:30 pm. So we are
pleased that it was a short stay.
Thanks for all your prayers.
Leo
Which is GOOD news as it is not presently bleeding!! He thinks
this could have been the internal bleeding of the past year.... not
much time to talk after the tests. I was kind of groggy but John
thought he said it looked like I had a bleeding ulcer which is now
healing!! AND NO Colon Cancer, I could tell my doctor was very
relieved at this!!! So I guess he did think that was what he was going
to find! Ha ha... I have Jesus, not Cancer!!
Sheila
Baby Kealeigh is off the ventilator! She looks great, the swelling in her
abdomen is way down. Her heart rate and blood pressure are back to normal
and they are starting to wean her from the meds. I can't wait to finally get to
see her for myself!
Love, Odie
Today is the day that Marnie and I became first-time grandparents!

Both mommy (Ashley) and baby are doing well. Stan

My grandson Luca did not need a blood transfusion it was not requiered, the
doctors put a drip within a few hours Luca was able to eat something and the
drip was taken away, he was sent home yesterday much to the amazment of the
medical staff. Continue to pray for him as he recovers and also for his parents

We give thanks to the Lord for answering prayer. I take this opportunity to
thank you all that have wrote and supported me and my family through this time
of need, united prayer will break the power of the enemy. John
I received a phone call last night at 11:30pm. Joshua was on the other end

the doctors have confirmed that the blood clots have done NO damage at all to
his aorta or heart! This IS a MIRACLE!!!! GLORY TO our YHWH! Pastor is
going home today! What a mighty YHWH we serve!!!! Thank you to all who prayed
for this man of YHWH!
In His SON,

Just a quick update to tell you we got the news of Ali's biopsy back on
Friday. Everything looks normal. They did not find graft vs. host disease, so we
are celebrating that news!! Now we just need to figure out what still makes her
nauseous so much of the time.
The great news today is that ALL of Corey’s scans are NORMAL.
Today he had his bone marrow aspirate and biopsy. We should have preliminary
results of those by tomorrow afternoon. We pray that it is normal too. Corey did
very well with the procedure and is only having some minimal soreness at the
site.
Kealeigh is back in her room and doing well. They were not able to
insert the central line in the spot
they wanted but did get it in somewhere else!
We appreciate all the prayers! As soon as I hear anything on when
she will be coming home
or if anything changes, I will let everyone know.
The Lord is watching over Little Kealeigh!!!
Odie
Heavenly Father, on this, Ethan's 1st birthday, we ask for
Your Gift of a Miracle Healing for this beautiful little one.
No greater gift can be given than that of life.... and life abundant!
We pray that the chemo has done it's job and that he will
be strong and ready for the next step in his treatment!
May he enjoy his private birthday celebration today!
Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN!
This is a super short update with no real medical info, but I hope to update
again tonight with real information. We just wanted to say thank you for all
of the calls, cards, texts, and emails. It would be impossible to count how
many people have wished Ethan a happy birthday this morning. But I can say
that I have been responding for the past few hours and finally had to give up.
:) So heres to everyone. Thank you soooooooo much for helping make this a
special 1st birthday for Ethan. I hope to post a picture or two soon of Ethan in
his walker that we are about to give him for his birthday. It is super cute!

Praise God, finally got a call from the hospital, my sister, Laurie
apparently had a successful surgery WITHOUT the need for a
pace-maker!!! Doctors told my niece that they think they got the
muscles that were causing the flutter!!! She is not out of recovery
and may not even know this yet, but she will be SO HAPPY!!!
They are anxious to see how she feels now! Please pray this
is the end of this problem for her, Thanks!
Thank You Dear Lord!!!
Thank you dear family for your prayers!!
Love, Sheila
This is Karen. Please forgive me in the way I word this update. I feel I need
to tell you how the day was from the beginning. We woke up with a phone call
saying they were going to operate on Callie today. We were told there was a
less than 1 percent chance that there would be any tissue pink enough to
salvage. For that to happen partially or mostly necrotic tissue would have to have
life in it again. We both whispered to her at her bedside that it was okay to
let go. We ask for them not to resusitate her if there were an incident in the
OR if they found what they were expecting. We also made arrangements with a the
social worker to find a funeral home for cremation and for any viable organs
she had to be donated. I went home to pack her little toys and clothes knowing
I wouldn't have the strength to do it when she passed. It was just a waiting
game for the news we all knew was coming. This is where I think I need
everyone to brace themselves:
Joe called and said that most of her tissue was revived and pink. Callie is
going to be okay. We got our miracle. We cannot give any credit to Dr. Hanley
for this. God breathed life into dead tissue. Callie had a small bit of
necrotic tissue removed and that was it. No short gut syndrome. She will not have to
have a colonstomy bag forever. God breathed on her gut and took dying tissue
and gave it new life. Everyone is in shock. Callie will need a corrective
surgery in 3 months but should be okay. This is the power of Jesus Christ. I am in
shock myself. Praise Him for this. This is a true miracle.
Karen
Ali is having overall a pretty good day so far. The lungs seem to be improving. The xray
from today showed some improvement and Ali's oxygen levels are good. So, we are
hoping that as far as the lungs are concerned we are heading in the right
direction. Julie
Well, the preliminary results of the bone marrow biopsy look good, so we are
hesitantly feeling some relief. The doctor said that the real test will be in
the testing they do on the biopsy sample tomorrow. So...keep storming heaven
on Ali's behalf.
The lung xray results today continue to look clearer. This is great news.
So, some good news but still in need of lots of prayers!!
Julie
ROY'S BLADDER AND COLON STARTED WORKING TONIGHT AND THE PAIN HE HAD SHOOTING
UP HIS BACK IS GONE! PRAISE THE LORD FOR ALL THE PRAYERS GOING UP FOR HIM.
HE IS ABLE TO WALK NOW TOO. THANKS, THANKS, THANKS, GLENDA
Re: Ali:NO RELAPSE!!! That was the word tonight. Everything from the bone marrow
biopsy came back negative now, so we are celebrating that fantastic news!! Thank
the Lord for answered prayers. We have been worried about this part of the
equation and are very relieved to hear this tonight. Julie
Praise: I saw my Chemo doctor yesterday and he said (as the lung
surgeon did last week) that I was CURED of my cancer. Celebrate! Judi Oregon
want to thank all who prayed for Mechelle....she does not have cancer!!!
Praise the Lord...she has bulging disks in her neck and a problem with her
back..I want to thank all who pray for her and tell you all God bless you..
love in Christ, Lorraine
From Jon
Our friend, Neil, who had to have surgery for Melanoma
that was wrapped around his spine is doing GOOD!!! Doctors
say they got it ALL - WITH GOD'S HELP I'M SURE!!
Thank you for your many prayers!!
Love, Sheila and John
Callie looks better at this stage of recovery than she did after the last
surgery. For those interested in the medical stats, she is on 85% oxygen which is
down 5% from last night; Peep (pressure to the lungs) is at 8 to keep the
lungs open; her respiration rate is at 36; Sats are hanging around 76; and her BP
is 99/52. These numbers are much better than after the last surgery. I'm
especially encouraged her BP isn't going down like the last time.
She looks very comfortable right now. She will open her eyes every once and a
while, but doesn't look distressed at all. This is good because we don't want
her too sedated (can affect BP and sats), but also not aware of what's going
on and comfortable.
Patrick made it through okay. There was more bleeding than was
expected but they're dealing with that. Arleen drove him home and
has been taking great care of Patrick. He and Arleen want to thank
everyone for the prayers.... "The Lord God has certainly blessed us".
Blessings, Odie

very cute still Giselle has not seen him jet this is A real Miracle last week
the doctors had said Giselle was not going to make it but God heard our
prayers. hugs Daisy
Callie continues to do well. Her BP is 96/45, heart rate is 137, and sats
are hanging around the low 80's on 40% oxygen. She looks much more comfortable
after the surgery. I'm sure it had to be very painful having necrotic tissue.
They went from 25% oxygen to 40% oxygen because the right upper lobe of her
lung continues to collapse. They were going to use a bronchoscope yesterday,
but wanted to see if medication and physical manipulation of her body would
open it up. Obviously, the medical team is reticent to do very many procedures
even though using a bronchoscope isn't a major procedure.
She will have the bronchoscope done around 3PM pacific time. They are just
going to put a tube into her bronchial tube in order to suction out mucus
plugs in her right upper lobe that are acting like glue, causing the lobe to
collapse more and more.
After what we've been through, this does not feel like there will be a
problem resulting from this at all. Karen and I feel pretty calm. Despite the
collapsed lung, her numbers are better than when she was in the step-down unit!
Barring any emergency situations, I will be flying back on Saturday. Karen't
father is coming in tonight at 9:30 to be with Karen while I'm gone. There
is a lot to do at home. I'm looking forward to seeing my kids.
I'm very blessed to work for such a giving employer and friends at work.
Something like this doesn't just affect us, it affects others; Karen and I are
definitely appreciative.
Thanks for continued prayers!
Joe
Thanks to all the prayers Giselle was discharge from the Hospital and she
is Home with her children and her husband Giselle is A big Miracle God has
given to her family. Giselle still needs to recuperated at home I am sure that
with all the love she is getting she will. Thank You Hugs Daisy
This is Karen. Please forgive me in the way I word this update.
I feel I need to tell you how the day was from the beginning. We
woke up with a phone call saying they were going to operate on Callie today.
We were told there was a less than 1 percent chance that there
would be any tissue pink enough to salvage.
For that to happen partially or mostly necrotic tissue would
have to have life in it again.
We both whispered to her at her bedside that it was okay to let
go.
We ask for them not to resuscitate her if there were an incident
in the OR if they found what they were expecting.
We also made arrangements with a the social worker to find a
funeral home for cremation and for any viable organs she had to be donated.
I went home to pack her little toys and clothes knowing I
wouldn't have the strength to do it when she passed.
It was just a waiting game for the news we all knew was coming.
This is where I think I need everyone to brace themselves:
Joe called and said that most of her tissue was revived and
pink.
Callie is going to be okay. We got our miracle. We cannot give
any credit to Dr. Hanley for this.
God breathed life into dead tissue.
Callie had a small bit of necrotic tissue removed and that was
it. No short gut syndrome.
She will not have to have a colonstomy bag forever. God breathed
on her gut and took dying tissue and gave it new life.
Everyone is in shock. Callie will need a corrective surgery in 3
months but should be okay.
This is the power of Jesus Christ. I am in shock myself.
Everyone is in shock. Callie will need a corrective surgery in 3
months but should be okay.

Our Lord is a wondrous and merciful one..... and I agree HE answered the
prayers of all who bowed their heads for precious little Callie. It may very well
be that HE is using Callie as an example of what faith can do.... and HIS
power to heal that which they say cannot be...... in essence, a miracle! I praise
my Lord and Savior and all the faithful who prayed so long and hard. Don't
know about you, but am walking on air here with the biggest grin on my face and
even a tear or two in my eyes with this news.
Jerry
Callie is still holding strong. She kept on spiking a low grade temp and have
had her on a cooling blanket. Poor thing was shivering for days. We finally
talked them into turning it off just to see if her not shivering would help
keep her core temp low and it seemed to help.
Some people had asked how the surgeons knew that her bowels were necrotic.
We've bombarded you with little pieces of information over those hellish five
days and I know we probably weren't clear. Callie went in for a routine surgery
to correct a perforated bowel. When the opened her up, according to one of the
doctors there, they were overwhelmed with the stench of decomposing tissue.
Many of her bowels were necrotic (dead); and most were borderline-necrotic. Dr.
Hanley was called in from another surgery to confirm what they were seeing.
Other attending docs came in. Apparently, I was told one had cried.
They were going to start cutting away at all the tissue but Hanley had
stopped them telling them to close her up and see if she survives 48 hours. She
couldn't live with as much tissue as they were wanting to cut. During that time,
Callie didn't die, Callie lived, and fought. She thrashed and thrashed in pain
from her intestines decomposing within her. They hit her with every medication
they could to completely sedate her. Enough to knock out an adult several
times and it didn't even make a dent on Callie. For all you medical folks,
through all this, Callie's lactate level never rose above 2. Callie's colostomy
stump also became necrotic and black. There was one unusual thing that happened.
Maybe there is a medical explanation or maybe not. The day after they closed
Callie up and gave her 48 hours to live. There were red spots and blotches on
Callie's lower abdomen. They thought it was a rash, or worse, and abcess. The
doctors circled them with pen. The red dots began to migrate across her stomach,
lighten, and then disappear. Part of me thinks that was God healing her.
Ultimately, when they went in and found most tissue alive and pink, they had to
only removed two thirds of the colon. She will need a simple connective surgery
in three months. Dr. Hanley said this will not limit her physically in any way
and that there is no reason to think she will not have normal bowel function
once this is all said and done.
One other thing I forgot to share during this whole ordeal is that the
Immunology Dept. came down and dismissed Callie from their service because her
immune system was "almost normal" and getting better. Not too shabby for the child
born without a thymus. Right now, in front of me is a child with a hard and
painful recovery ahead of her. I am reminded that I have to get back to putting
my nose to the grindstone in prayer to get her through this. This time with
renewed faith and fervour as I feel God has given us His opinion on the issue.
Sometimes God will have us labor to build something together in prayer instead
of handing it to us all at once. I do still pray He will decide to heal her
entirely. He's proven that's not a problem. I feel Callie's intercessors are as
a big a part of building this testimony as Joe and I are, even Callie. The was
one word I got before God healed Callie. I was grieving the situation and I
didn't understand what it meant at the time: "I had to take you this far so you
would know it was Me". I understand that now. Please continue to pray for
Callie. I don't profess to understand what is going on. I know the road ahead may
be hard. I know we are in the center of His will though. God bless you all.
Please cover Callie in your prayers tonight as she is frightened and in pain.
There is rumor of extubation after the weekend.
Love,
Karen
Thank you for all the prayers. We all know that
we have a good and faithful God and he has shown it once again.
I haven't heard the whole story but the doctors
weren't able to find any thing and are to send her home this morning.
I'm sure I speak for Barbara and her family when
I say “THANK YOU and MERRY CHRISTMAS”…..
In Christ,
Hal
Little Kealeigh gets to come home!!!!
What a miracle and Christmas gift for her Family and Prayer
Warriors. Many thanks
to everyone who has been praying for this precious little baby that
the doctors gave
no hope in the beginning. Oh, how wonderful our Lord God is, How
faithful to hear
the drys of His children!!!!
Odie
Today our 3 year old son celebrates his one year anniversary of the Gift of
life, A Heart! We’ve had a rough road getting here, but every bit of it was
well worth it! We’ve shed a lot of tears and we’ve had a lot of fears. We’ve
dealt with rejection, disease, chemo, weakness and his strength! Max has reached
milestones that we were told wouldn’t happen. I can’t express the feelings
let alone the gratitude to the family that have given Max this gift. There were
many Miracles answered and I thank every single one of you who never gave up
on Him.
Dad and Mom
Madisons surgery went great yesterday. First, her surgeon went in and closed
up her stomach, then stitched up her tummy on the outside. This took about 35
minutes. Next, her ENT went in and did the bronchoscopy. This only took about
15 minutes. Afterwards, the surgeon said that her g-tube site closed up much
better than he thought it would. With all the troubles that she has had with
it, he didn't think it would. Her ENT brought me pictures of her airway. He said
there is NO signs of the hemangioma growing in her airway (YIPEE!!) Toni
Callie was successfully extubated today. They also took the tubes out of both
nostrils. I couldn't be there today for fear of giving her what I have. Dad
was there. He said she looks so much more comfortable now. She still is running
temps but handled the switch from the breathing vent to the nasal cannula
wonderfully. Please pray I feel well enough to see her tomorrow. I'll be wearing
gloves and a mask but as long as I'm coughing or sneezing,I feel it's still
not enough protection. I know she wondered where I was today.
Will update,
Karen
My heart leaps with joy and praise for what our Lord and Savior has done for
Lauren and our family. Most of you know that Lauren and a MRI this morning
and praise the Lord no active MS lesions, no new MS lesions and some lesions
have gone away completely. Christy has told me before that it is not often that
you see lesions go away. Questions we have asked sometime back and she
assured me that we are correct. How awesome is that? We give God the glory and
praise. NO SIGNS OF CANCER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Word my ears wanted to hear. What a
wonderful Christmas gift for us to receive this year. No other gift would I
trade for this news. Lisa
Callie is doing well... no signs of mommy's cold and Karen is feeling better.
She is using a mask when she is in with Callie.
As far as her signs/readings go.... she is down to 12 (from 16) breaths per
minute on the vent. Her blood gases are normal and she's on 30% oxygen (room
oxygen measures at 21%.) Her PEEP is at 9.
One problem is that Callie keeps spiking temps even tho' she's on every
antibiotic, so they have called in Infection control to evaluate her.
They are beginning to switch her from fentanyl and versed to methadone and
ativan After she is switched and they have tweaked the dosages for maximum
benefit, they hope to extubate her by mid-week.Good news! More miracles!!
As of last night, after the prayer request went out, Callie has had no more
fevers!!! They are still doing the CT scan to check her tummy, but the fevers
are gone! PRAISES!!!
Also, both Karen and her Dad, Jack, are feeling fine! no signs of colds!
God is good! All the time!
Janet had her knee surgery and all went well, still having some pain
and stiffness
but surgery was less than 2 weeks ago. She wishes all of you the most
wonderful God filled Christmas and New Year.
Praise God,
DE
We are so thankful and excited! Torsten can start on Jan. 2!!!
The company is really neat. He is going to become the right hand of
the executive.
The company sells security devices, but they just sell it to other
companies, not to the "end user".
To say it in the short version: they like him, and are happy to have
him (original wording of the executive).
We just have one car and they actually offered him to buy one, take
50 Euros (appr. 75 $)
off his pay and let him use it. We would just need to pay for taxes
and insurance. Wow!!!!!!!!!
Thank you all for your prayers! We are so happy. Tina
little Matthew's grandma...and our dear sister...sends this incredible
praise report regarding Matthew! Hallelujah!! Thank you so, Lord Jesus!!!
Thank each of you for praying as you have, and thank you in advance for
continued 'totally believing, no doubting' prayer...according to Psalm 107:22
Amplified version...which is written out below this praise to Him:
Laura writes:
As you know, the Genetics Clinic of Childrens Mercy Hospital told my
daughter that Matthew's 17th chromosome was abnormal and deformed. The 17th chromosome
is what predisposes what type serious diseases one will get throughout life,
which would be pretty grim for our little one if it were deformed.
Well! After prayer, a batter of tests has been run, and those tests
have determined that baby Matthew's 17th chromosome is no longer abnormal and
deformed,
but...perfectly normal and well formed!!!.
PRAISE GOD!!!!!! PRAISE OUR AWESOME GOD!!! Thank YOU all for BEING SO
FAITHFUL IN YOUR PRAYERS!
well the LORD like always heard all of your prayers because even when this
week looked really bad and slow for bussiness which would mean getting my hours
cut once again, didn't happen this time.
The Lord heard your prayers because this week turned out to be very busy so I
will ended it up working the whole week with all the hours I wanted.
Please keep my hours in your prayers also for next week because as this week
looked a week ago, next week so far we're gonna have only 2 busy days and
pretty much nothing for the other 3 days, whisch is gonna mean more hours cut,
please save another prayer for my hours and the other guys hours so next week can
turn around to be a busy week like this one ended up being.
GOD Bless you and thank you all for your prayers .......
Tony
hey it's Ali. We are on our way out the door of the hospital! I'm Free!!!!!!!!
Love, Ali
Dear Family,
Forgot to share this one....last month I read that low
Potassium/Magnesium and too much calcium can cause
shakiness. Since I knew my Potassium was low and I was
taking a lot of calcium (per dr orders) because of back...
I quit the calcium completely and started taking Potassium/
Magnesium... being carful to watch for any reactions from
too much Potassium. Gradually now after a month+ my hands
are shaking very little, some days not at all!!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!
BTW... in my most recent blood work my potassium is up, but
still on the low side so apparently (at least in my body) the
over the counter potassium is not very strong or moves slowly.
Ether way - ALONG WITH YOUR PRAYERS!!!! it is working!!!
Praise God I am getting rid of at least one problem!!
Love you all,
Sheila

pleased that it was a short stay.
Thanks for all your prayers.

Corey did
very well with the procedure and is only having some minimal soreness at the
site.

Sheila

they wanted but did get it in somewhere else!
We appreciate all the prayers! As soon as I hear anything on when

The Lord is watching over Little Kealeigh!!!

Blessings,
Stan, Marnie, Alyssa, Kendall, Mama Ashley en Anaya
well the LORD like always heard all of your prayers because even when this
week looked really bad and slow for bussiness which would mean getting my hours
cut once again, didn't happen this time.

Karen
In Christ,

An interesting day nonetheless! Gaby did great, I mean great. He was happy
and active all day, in fact, he is still going. To top it off we had a day full
of visitors playing Santa Claus. Gaby really enjoyed a visit from his teachers
who took time to come and hang out with him and even got recruited to play
video games. Thanks to everyone at Nequa for making Gaby feel so special, it
really means a lot to him. Beth
Thank you for your prayers. I have finally got the best job of my life. I had
to take a lot of dead end jobs, but God put me on a job for a year to meet
someone, that helped me get this job with the Government. Thank you God.

Thank You dear Abba Father!!!!!
I wanted to share with everyone.
Today, I was blessed with a kitchen table with 4 chairs and they are perfect.
They came from Pastor Mike and Monique Sexton from Lakewind church.
I started to cry, I was so blessed by God with this.
I was also blessed with a computer table and I still don't have a computer
but I know it's on its way from God.
God is so awesome, and He will keep meeting my needs and as well as you all.

Things are looking up! Gaby's lumbar puncture went well, he was drained back
down and his headache is totally gone. Amazing! He had some trouble breathing
during the waking up but is doing much better now. The csf numbers show he has
chemical meningitis, again, wich could be exacerbating the headache. He will
get one IV dose of steroids and then we will dart out of here.
Thanks for the love!

ETCH Part 5 Day 3:Samuel's biopsy of the removed tumor showed no cancer! His
liver also was cancer free! He has been released by the surgeon to go home but
he is waiting on approval from his oncologist. He is anemic and needs to have
a transfusion to get him back up to par. He is breathing better today and
they are getting his fluids back under control. Hopefully he will be able to go
home tomorrow or Friday. Thank God for all the good reports!

Thank you very much for your precious prayer and moral support this Christmas
Relief Campaign. It was carried out on December 22, 2007. We thank God that we
were able to support 30 poor and needy families this time. We distributed food
items and warm clothes to them. It was not possible without your cooperation.
Please continue to pray for mission work being done into this land. We look
forward to have your partnership and fellowship in Great Commission in year 2008
also. Evg. Pervaz Rehmat Masih
On to Callie, slight improvement. Her sats are mid seventies, her P02 is 41,
nice and stable. The ultrasound showed no remaining abscesses in her tummy.
Hopefully, they will pull her draining tubes tomorrow so there will be a couple
less things sticking in her. Please continue to pray aggressively for her
healing and protection from anything else thrown her way.
God Bless,
Karen
I just got a call from Joel's grandma saying, "I think we have a miracle baby
on our hands". The doctors have not been able to find anything wrong with him -
after several misdiagnosis - he is acting and feeling so much better and has gained
a pound in the past week!
They did an ultrasound on his kidneys (their last hunch) and said there is a little
amount of fluid on one of them which usually indicates an infection, but none of the
blood work is showing anything to be wrong. Soooo...he is coming out of ICU today
and going to a regular floor where they will watch him for the next 12 hrs. or so
and if nothing changes for the worse, he will get to go home tomorrow!
Thank you so much for all those of you who have been praying. Truly I believe we do
have a miracle baby on our hands! Praise God for all his mercies and goodness to
all of his people!

Just wanted to report in that Mason had a wonderful Christmas! I video taped
him and Sammy tearing open there santa presents and I got stuck on Mason. As I
was looking at him through the video camera I remembered back one year ago to
the day that he could not open wrapping paper or even pick up a present. I
had to hand them to him and then open them and show him what they were. So as I
watched him in amazment at such a small thing that we all take for granted
each day just using our hands or fingers, I watched him tear open each present
with tears in my eyes! That was the best present ever!
We are still in therapy and home schooling and having a bit of behavior
problems so that is the next thing for the new year. other then that all is well.
Thanks so much to all ofyou who have kept Mason in your prayers
Love
Robin
I want to thank you with all my heart for your wonderful response, as
usual, to my prayer request for my Daughter(in-law), Tammy. You always respond
so fast and your prayers are SO greatly appreciated. Tammy was visiting with us
yesterday and asked me to send you a "BIG THANK YOU FROM MY HEART" in her
words.
The Good Lord saw fit to Bless us with a better outlook than we were
first led to believe was to be a limited future for her. The Doctors have said
that the brain tumor is NOT malignant, will be treatable with radiation (oral
medication) and possibly chemotherapy but they will try the radiation first.
She is happy about this treatment because they said the side effects were very
minimal and there would be no loss of hair. She has already realized that this
was a wake up call to appreciate life and to change her attitude from letting
little things bother her, and to not hold grudges and she now has a renewed
Faith. I am SO happy for her and all of us as we were devastated to think we
were going to lose our "Little Miss Sunshine."
Again, Thank you and the Good Lord for all the wonderful Blessings. May
your life be as abundantly Blessed as mine has been. I would also like to
wish you a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR full of nothing but the best for you and yours.
God Bless.
Love-Barb
I want to thank you for prayers for me on this gosh awful couple of days. I really
thought I had a stroke day before yesterday for I didn't even know my own family.
After talking to the Doctor yesterday morning though she told me it was a bad sinus
infection. I worked at the hospital for 12 years I was totally surprised by what she
said, but yesterday with everyone praying for me the Lord touched me and turned
things around.
There was a lady called and prayed for me and with everyone on line praying God
touched me and I begin to immediately feel better. By the time I finally got to talk
to the doctor I was a lot better. I wanted to wait until I could think straight then
send out a praise report. WELLHERE IT IS PRISE THE LORD!
I know you have had a very busy week-end because of me and believe me I appreciate
you for it. I ask God to bless you richly for your help through this
I am praising God for healing. For what I have been though is very scary. You may
pass along this letter if you want too and let everyone that prayed for me know I am
ok. I love you all so much and well be asking the Lord to bless you with a special
blessing.
Love and God bless you,
Myrtle aka Annie
Surgery is already over! They removed the adrenal gland on
the side where the tumor was attached. The surgeon said the tumor was so
small he called the radiologist to confirm that he was operating on the correct
area! He said that he would be surprised if the pathology report showed any
active Neuroblastoma because the tumor was so hard and appeared to be dead. Samuel
may be extubated and sent to a regular room and not have to go back to PICU.
None of us could have asked for a better outcome than this. God has been so
good to Samuel. Please continue to pray for a complete recovery and a cancer
free future for Samuel. We have been witness to a miracle today.

WOW! It is so hard to believe that Christmas is almost upon us....as I sit
here writing this to all our family and friends, I can not help but recall where
we were at on this journey at this time last year. I believe with all my
heart that last Christmas our family received a true miracle! And, now, here, on
this day.....my entire family is around me to help rejoice in that miracle!
Cody is still doing well and excited about Christmas!!! He is our our little
miracle and I thank God as well as everyone who's prayed for Cody for that
miracle.
We hope that each of you have a very blessed and merry christmas and joyful
holiday season. I wish for each of you the joy of being surrounded by lots of
healthy loved ones!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the whole McDuffie Gang!!!
Just wanted to let everyone know that Kealeigh is doing very well at home.
She is so sweet and looked adorable! The only thing going on right now is
the iv burn she got at the hospital. She looks great and is just as happy
as can be!
Love from Kealeigh's grandma
Joshua continues to do very well. I think he has really taken off in the last
six months with everything. The only therapy we currently have is speech. We
are on a break from OT and PT from the hospital, due to the fact that Children’
s Special Health will not cover therapies for 12 consecutive months (and
believe it or not, I think he is doing better now that we don’t go)! He is using
3-4 word sentences and will repeat any word that you ask him to say. I keep
reminding Eric to watch his mouth, because it won’t be so cute to hear a 2 ½ year
old repeat some of THOSE words. Joshua is very close to being able to get up
from the center of the room without holding on to anything and he is even
closer to being able to run! Watch out! His walking has really stabilized in the
last few months and he rarely falls anymore, which is a huge relief to Eric and
me. We were really close to getting him a helmet and a mouth guard!
It is snowing, a lot. So beautiful to my eyes! When it snows this much the
day slows down for me. It invites me to grab a cup of warm and stare out at the
window allowing peace to set inside my soul. A bit too poetic I know, but this
is the kind of day I long for. A day where we are not driven by any
circumstance, we just let the day pass us by.
Gaby is doing really good. I continue to thank God and Dr. Frim for giving
him such a gift for now. Not a pain, not a headache, just a happy child.
Clari is doing well too. In fact, she is at swim practice as I type. Yes,
rain or snow, swimmers go.
Hello again! Corey continues to do great! He is playing and having fun. He
had his clinic appointment yesterday and all of his labs were great. His kidneys
are doing really well. His ANC is at 2880, which is excellent. He still
occasionally complains of his tongue hurting but it is much better. He is eating
normally again. He continues on his IV fluids until Monday and then we will
reassess to see if we can stop them. Hopefully we will be able to. Since his
kidney labs were excellent we know that his kidneys are staying well hydrated. If
Corey continues to drink enough the IV fluids can stop. Thank you all again for
the continued support and prayers. Corey is doing excellent because of all of
the prayers he has received. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Love the
Nickells.
Rick had his interview on Thursday and it went very well! Praise the
Lord! : ) He said the person who interviewed him told him he had a good
feeling about Rick. He had gone through 200 resumes and nothing jumped out
at him. Rick had applied for a different position and they passed that
resume to this person because Rick was overqualified for the original job
he had sent the resume in for. This man told Rick he was excited when he
saw his resume because he thinks Rick's background would be perfect for the
position they are creating! So he wants Rick to meet with the Finance
Director next week and then this same person that talked to Rick wants to
meet with him again next Wednesday or Thursday. We are so
encouraged!
My principal just e-mailed me and said they found Malachi walking on a major
road about 25 minutes ago. It's cold and wet, and he was walking by himself at
10:00 at night. I hope his parents don't throttle him--I know I would want
to!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your prayers! They were answered!
Love, Derr
I am excited! My son Rick got a call to interview for a great job in our
City Mayor's Office on Thursday!
Praise God. This has given us hope and we are excited. Praying and trusting
God for this job for Rick. Will let you know.
Love, Carol
I thank God for a successful doctors report yesterday. Cholesterol was 159
so praise God for that. Everything else was great. I'm grateful for your
prayers.
Blessings,
Paul
Thanks for all your prayers for my friend and his family. He is supposed
to get out of the hospital tomorrow. Please continue to pray for his strength and
healing. His son, Dallas will be moving in with them to help them as a cover for the
fainting spells he is having.
God bless!

Summer continues to improve slowly each day. Summer can walk a little better
now, but still has us with her while she is walking.
Summer's memory is still not good, but she is remembering small things a
little at a time. The therapists are working hard at helping her with memory. The
thinking part of her therapy really wears her out.
Tomorrow, Summer goes back to Arkansas Children's Hospital for a check up
with her rehab doctor. Summer is excited and hopes she gets to see some of her
friends there.
Well all I can say is God is good!~..
My Dad was transferred to SSF kaiser which means he's doing better!. His eyes
are opening what he see's I guess we won't know till they can do a full
examine before they will say but he is seeing us I think he's very confused so now
we can go see him as much as we want and won't be getting so burned out from
the long hall to Redwood city and back every day* he's well worth it but now I
feel our visits will be more quality time and to help him in his recovery he
is very fragile from all he's been through..Please continue to pray for us and
my Dad..God Bless you all ,love Patti
Hello all! Corey continues to do great! He is back to eating like a champ.
His IV fluids are going to be decreased to 500mls from 900mls starting tonight.
We hope to be able to completely wean him off of the fluids by next week. He
is doing so well it just amazes me. It is hard to believe he has fought such a
long and tough battle over the past year. He was outside playing on his bikes
and fire trucks today. He also enjoyed blowing bubbles and chasing and popping
them. In other words he is being a happy little boy that doesn’t even know
that he has such a horrible diagnosis. I thank GOD everyday for all of the
blessings we have received since that horrible day last February. I am so thankful
for everybody’s support, love and prayers. May God bless all of you in return.
Love the Nickells.
Callie had a breakthrough today. Keep those prayers coming :-)
Gasses looked much better. She was up playing with the PT and the OT
(physical and occupational therapists), she was up in her chair trying to talk to
everyone and getting fiesty and playful. She was playing with her toys and
watching her movies. Her respiratory condition improved enough where they backed her
down to 50 percent oxygen from 70 and from 15 litres pressure to 12. She just
fell asleep now after quite a busy morning. They halved her methadone dose. I
feel that's pretty extreme but she seems to be okay so far. They are watching
her very very closely. As much as wel all want to see her off methadone,
cutting down too quickly can have devastating results.
Will update,
Karen
WE CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE FRIDAY AND MONDAY WE HAD DOLLARS IN THE BANK. PRAISE
GOD FOR THIS TOOK SO LONG....NOW WE CAN PAY OFF OUR LOANS.
THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS..

NO MORE CANCER!!!! The biopsy results came back today and there is no
cancer. The area that looked like cancer - is scar tissue forming. Archie
is healing!!! All Praise and Glory to the Lord!!
He external wound / incision is not yet healed, so continue to pray for the
Lord's healing hand. Pray for strength to return to his body and muscles
so he can at least get us and transfer to a chair on his own.
OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD.
In Him, Dorothy
I'm so happy to report that God is answering our prayers! My husband came
home Wednesday night and apologized to me for an hour. He saw the error of
how he was treating me, and wanted my forgiveness! WOW! Two days before
that he was searching the yellow pages for a divorce lawyer, is God awesome
or what? It was nothing short of a miracle. Now we are trying to get some
counseling and begin a new chapter in our lives where we treat each other
with love and respect. The only thing that puts a damper on this praise
report is that he certainly has not left his cult. It's imperative that he
see them for what they are and be able to be a good judge of character
about them, how they act and behave themselves. I will be praying
fervently for his blinders to be taken off and for him to have such a
desire for a pure relationship with God that he can no longer tolerate what
his cult is teaching or how they behave themselves. I am going to pray
that he realizes that a church that bears no fruit is not of God. I'm just
in awe of how mighty our King is and how he hears and answers prayers! I
just love Him so much!
Praise Him for He is Worthy!

Darlene is doing good. She went back in again this morning for them to
hopefully clear out the rest of the infection and finally close the big opening
they left in her stomach to drain it all. I don’t know how much longer she will
be in there. She has like 7 bags hanging with IV’s and 3 pumps going and a
heart monitor. She has a catheter and a tube up her nose draining her intestines
as well as another tube draining somewhere inside her stomach area with like 4
or 5 antibiotics and pain medication going through an epideral. Her body is
such a mess Terry!! But Rick says she is feeling a lot better and even got up
and had a bowel movement so that is good news. I will let you know as soon as I
know how the surgery went this morning. This is the 3rd one in a week.
All of Samuel's tests came back normal. No sign of ''The Monster'' anywhere.
Praise the Lord for this. Samuel continues to do well at home. Not much else
to report on him. Please keep praying that he remains cancer free.
Little Tara is holding her own as well in PICU up in Philadelphia. Remember
her in your prayers. She has been fighting NB since April.
In His Name,

Braeden had his new tubes placed early this morning. He did very well...and
we were on our way home in only a few hours. What a wonderful feeling it is to
check in at the same place he has had his heart surgeries, watch him leave in
that little red wagon, and know that it is only for ear tubes this time! He is
still a little cranky from the anesthesia, but doing very well...hopefully we
can catch a break from countless ear infections, now that he has a new set of
tubes. Thanks for all of your prayers...
We are happy to report that Lauren had her first corrective surgery last
Thursday and did great. Lisa
Mine and Dalton's first grandson (Chris & Aspen
have Livia & Addy) arrived. RP & Amanda's little (relative term), bundle arrived
at 8:14 a.m. yesterday. He weighed 9 lbs. 2 oz. He is 19" long. We were all
surprised at how much he weighed, since Amanda is so small. He is of course
extremely cute and even with weighing over 9 lbs feels very much like a tiny
bundle of joy.
Love,
Robin
Jenna seems to be doing well. She has been getting minimal therapy. School
and testing has been taking a lot of our time and we have not been able to go to
Morgantown for a few weeks but hopefully we will start going back there soon.
She misses her Morgantown buddies.
Jenna seems to have a new interest...cheerleading. Going to Charleston to
watch the cheerleaders back in December seems to have sparked her interest and
for Christmas she received some cheerleading attire with a cheerleading DVD. As
I watch her, she does very well cheering with her leg and it probably is good
therapy for her also.
Have a great day!
Count your blessings and be a blessing to someone!!
Julie
Becca and I are at Childrens
today for her monthly visit to receive her IV antibiotic. She was suppose to be
getting her IV IG (for her immune system), but for the second month in a row
those numbers are normal! Praise the Lord! That would of made it an 8 hour
day, now we are here for about 3-4!
Bennetts
Christopher's biopsy on the tumor in his leg came back benign so they removed
it and did surgery on the break! Wow!!!!

Madison had her surgery this morning. We arrived at TCH at 8:00, her surgery
was scheduled for 10:15. She went back at 10:30 and I was able to go back with
her again. I held her while holding the anesthesia mask on her until she went
to sleep. I laid her down on the operating table, gave her a kiss and walked
out. I was only in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when I was called
back to recovery. When I went back, she was already awake, sitting up and
hollering for me. Her breathing was very labored, even though her oxygen was at 100%,
they gave her a breathing treatment. Within about 30 minutes, her breathing
was back to normal. Her ENT came in and showed me pictures of her airway. He
said that STILL....THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF THE HEMANGIOMA GROWING IN HER
AIRWAY.....AND THERE IS NO SIGNS OF ANY SCAR TISSUE GROWING EITHER! WOOOO HOOO! He
said
that unless Madison begins having stridor (which he doesn't think she will)
that he doesn't want to see her back in the operating room for......get
this....... 6 MONTHS! We have never gone more than 4 weeks at a time between
operations since she was 2 weeks old. This is the best news that we have received in
such a long time. I won't know what to do now every 4th Thursday. I think I
will have to plan something special for both Caleb and Madison to do on those
days that she "would have been" having surgery, but instead, can now go do
something fun!
Caleb is still sick with a cough and runny nose but no fever anymore. He is
anxious to get back to playing baseball.
I will continue to keep everyone updated on both kids, hopefully with nothing
but good news from now on.
Thank you all for your continued support and your prayers!
Love to all,
Toni
Thank you for your prayers -- Archie's fever broke that night and he
is doing much better. He is "settling in" at the new facility -
i.e., we are getting the nurses and staff in tune with his needs and
his schedule. Praise the Lord for a staff that seems to be very
cooperative and helpful.
In Him, Dorothy
My sister Susan is home already and doing fine. The hernia operation and lyposuction
was Wednesday and she is home already. PRAISE THE LORD and thank-you all for your
prayers for her.

Gaby
had a much better day, no fever, still a nice headache but much more
manageable than yesterday. We had the curtains open and the TV on, now, that tells you
something.
Beth
Mom is doing much better today - coherent. vitals are stable and will be
moved out of ICU to next step down! WOOHOO...She still has a long road ahead of
her. she is very weepy and initially thought that she was dying because of
all of the family being there today and finally being aware of her surroundings.
that is all for now. i'll try to keep you posted. THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR
PRAYERS!!!
LOVE TO YOU ALL - PATSY AND FAMILY
Well folks, our little Miss Callie has graduated to stepdown!!!!
This is a place that, for a period of time, I believed she would never see
again. This trip upstairs is emotional for me :-)
Ironically, this is the same room we were in when we left for surgery on
November 20th. Will be posting some new videos tonight if I can get onto
photobucket. Also will be posting some pictures I took today.
Love,
Karen
Gaby is out of surgery and doing well. Beth will provide more details later.
This is Rhonda posting for Beth who doesn't have internet access. Gaby went
into surgery at 3:20. The procedure is expected to last about 2 hours.
Another Praise report is my husbands’
attitude. As you know a few years ago I would
have gotten little if any help from him and would
have had to resort to my own devices to find
help…now he is being so supportive! I am in awe
of all God has done in my husband! He truly does
have a heart of flesh instead of the heart of
stone God told me He had removed a couple of years ago!
So as I said in the first part of this letter
this truly is a PRAISE REPORT “look at what God
hath done!” and of course a call for Prayer
support. I am smiling as I type this cause I can
truly say I am excited to see how God will work
things out on my behalf and then to be able to
share with my very skeptical husband all of Gods Answers! LOL!
Love you
Rosie
Gaby's surgery went well. He is very sore and in a
lot more pain than is normal to him after shunt surgeries. The mechanical
parts of the shunt were totally caput; no wonder the kid was so disfunctional.
The valve was clogged by some sort of tissue (that's why the dial wouldn't turn)
and the programmer (gravity component) was cracked open and all the fluid was
draining through there without ever making it to the valve (which was clogged
anyway). In simple words, the shunt was totally messed up and now he has a
brand new one. The good thing is that all the tubing was intact so they didn't
have to mess with it.
Good evening everyone. Chloe wanted to let everyone know that baby Emma is
here! Yeah! Chloe has a new great cousin! She weighed 6lbs. 6oz. and was 19 1/2
inches long! She looks just like her mommy and big brother. The NICU doctor
said by looking at her you would never know anything about the fluid on her
brain , they are going to do a CT scan tomorrow and go from there. Pray that all
goes well!! Congratulations Amanda and Greg and of course big brother Tyler and
Big sister Katie. We love you all!!
This is a quick addition to the last update today. The radiologist came
upstairs and did the ultrasound himself. He found nothing. I asked him what that
could possibly mean and he said "either it got smaller or is in a place the
ultrasound can't see". The radiologist did look very perplexed, however. I'll just
leave it to each person who read this to draw their own conclusions ;-)
Callie has been fever-free for another day.
Thanks, Orange Patrol, for the pix.

Just the heard the 7 people lost in the snow are rescued... They were rescued
before the 2 ft of snow and high winds of 55 miles hit,, Praise

Thank you all for praying,,,

Dear brothers & sisters…
Hallelujah for all your help! Through the
generous support of those of you who love Israel,
we continue to lend support to those who seek to
make their home here, in their God-given homeland.
This week, we have had several visits to homes of
such people. Because of the generous support of
you, our donors, we can give much-needed material
aide to those who make aliyah (Jewish immigrants
to Israel). They often come with everything they
can bring in just two suitcases.
I wanted to give you an update and PRAISE report on
baby Conner
who we began praying for last year when he was born with no back to
his head and
only half of his brain had developed completely. Well, miracles
never cease! Our God
has seen to it that he has not only continued to thrive but that he
is improving! His
skull has almost completely closed now and he has gained weight, eats
like a horse
by mouth instead of by tubes, and has started to roll himself over to
do push ups!
His parents never believed the doctors who said he would only live a
few days, they
believed in God instead. So whenever times are getting rough and
things don't look
to bright, think of baby Conner and roll over and push yourself up
toward heaven with
a big smile like he does. He is a miracle for sure!
Thank you for all of your prayers! Our God is an Awesome God! What
else can I say?

Yesterday, we learned that Brayden may be starting to do a little
better. They were going to try to feed him today (Thurs), which the
family felt was a good sign. Thanks for all your prayers.

Charles is doing well today... he was walking without his walker
(needed it because the incision caused pulling
on the stomach to walk normally)...his color looks good and he is a
spunky chicken...
God bless you all!

She has also been on her back
since November 20th and on a slew of medications that have a weakening effect on
the muscles. She is a little bobble head when I try to hold her up. She will
get stronger in time. Right now, however, she prefers to lie across the bed.
I have been continuing to present her with salty, mushy foods. I have to meet
her where she is, on her side in bed. Today, I just plopped some mac and
cheese on a clean towel in front of her. To my utter shock and amazement, Callie
started eating it - just like that. Callie has NEVER put food to her mouth -
ever. It was as if a switch went off inside of her. So I plopped some mashed
potatoes down, and she scooped them up and put them to her mouth. Now she's not
taking a bunch or swallowing but she is scooping stuff up and putting it in her
mouth. For those of you that remember her story from way back, you'll know
what an amazing and spontaneous miracle that is. If I can find my USB cord, I'm
going to post some pictures. I have video as well but cannot get on
photobucket on the hospital wifi to upload. I'll have to wait until we're back at the
Ronald McDonald House to show you the videos.
So amidst some bad news is some good news. Callie will continue to wean off
her O2 and we will wait out this little abscess. Please pray God just zap it.
In the meantime, please pray that Callie continue to eat.
Thank you for your prayers.
Love,
Karen
Corey
continues to do great. His tongue got a little worse over the last week but it is
getting better again. The doctor does not know what is causing this. He stopped
his IV fluids as planned last Monday. Unfortunately his BUN on his kidney labs
is going back up off of the fluids. We are encouraging him to drink everyday
but if he doesn’t get more fluid in on his own I am afraid he will end up back
on the IV fluids. His labs are going to be drawn again tomorrow afternoon. We
will see how they are and go from there. Hopefully the BUN will be back down
and we can continue to be free from IV fluids. We are just enjoying being home
with Corey and living our lives. We miss being able to go out whenever we want
but we need to keep Corey home so he stays healthy. He is doing so well now
that I would be devastated if he had a set back from catching a cold or the flu
or anything else for that matter. Please continue to pray for our little
courageous miracle. Thanks! Love the Nickells
The ultrasound person came up to find the abscess in her abdomen they saw in
the CT scan yesterday and he couldn't find it anywhere. The radiologist will
be coming up later to see if he can find it.
It would be unusual for the body to absorb an abscess in 24 hours so I am
curious what the final conclusion is.
Will definitely keep you updated on that issue :-)
Love,
Karen
TODAY WAS A MUCH BETTER DAY, PRAISE THE LORD!!! The kid looks human again. He
was awake for most of the day, calm, made some attempts to eat and the pain
was much more manageable. Last night was a horrendous night of pain so it was
easy to notice the big improvement. Even the surgeon said, "I am pleasantly
surprise at the positive change." We are assuming antibiotics are working and his
body has responded well to the various treatments. The day didn't go without
setbacks as he seem to have develop a few new symptoms also, but again, they
said it will be a very rocky recovery full of up and downs. I am just glad he
is showing me signs of my Gaby.
Once again, God has blessed us with clean scans. Praise the Lord! Like I
have told many, this is a love/hate relationship. You hate to have them done,
but so thankful when you hear the words clear. My friend Christy just called
and reported the scans were posted. No signs of cancer and no active MS
lesions. Dr. Archer will give us a more detailed report regarding the MS lesions,
once he has more time to read them in detail. We will get a more detailed
report from him, once he reads the reports regarding the MS issues.
Thank you for all of your prayers!! I know our Lord was with us as He
gave me the strength to get back and forth and in and out of the hospital
with some wonderful help - they took us both out of the hospital in wheel
chairs yesterday, pretty funny!!! And He brought John through his surgery
in Good shape. Please keep us in prayer that this time this surgery is a
complete success and John can sleep through the night without having to
get up 5 times to urinate. He is still waring a catheter, some bleeding and
pain. And I am completely exhausted.... but the Lord is giving me enough
strength to take care of the man who is always taking care of me!!!
Praise God!!!
I might be off a couple of days, God bless you!!!
Love and hugs, Sheila
Thursday Corey had is GFR (kidney) test. It was down slightly to 87 from 96. This
was a little disappointing but it is not alarming. We were just hoping that it
would be up instead of down. Today we spent ALL day at the hospital with CT
scans of his entire body and his bone scan. We did get results already and
Thank You God they were No Evidence of Disease (NED). Thank you all for the
continued prayers. Nickells

It has been a rough time but we are ok. Her children are
coming through and the oldest son has offered to let her come down to Ft
Meyers when she is able for rehab. Bless her heart she is sitting up but it is
very painful. She gives the Lord all the honor and praise for bringing her
through alright. I know God put a fighter in her and with time she will use all
her muscles to gain back the use of her leg and left side. Im so proud of her
spirit. Bless you all for caring and praying I sure do love you Your
sis forever Pastor Angelique
Thank you ALL so much for your prayers!!!!
I truly believe that God is healing my back and this was my own fault as I knew
better than to stress it out, but I praise God I was able to do and
help, it was so
important and worth the pain!!! These are the sisters we continue to
witness to
and I pray that God shows the Love of Jesus in John and myself ALWAYS!!!
We have had LOTS of conversations since the sister died and I believe God was
leading them!!!
I am still shaky and weak and this is more difficult than I expected,
but God willing, I will get the needs out to you. Sheila
Justus had another bloodtest and EEG: No signs
for epilepsy!!!! Now, that means his medicine is
doing its job. They also exposed him to flashing
light and his brain didn't show a reaction to it. Very, very good! Tina
well I just had a meeting with a guy who works for the company that runs my
building and he told me I will get a credit for the electric bills, plus a rent
credit for february and another for march, which it's gonna help me a lot due
to I had been getting my hours at work cut a lot lately so this credit in my
rent is gonna help a lot.
thanks for all your prayers and support.
GOD Bless you all .........
Tony
This is so great, the weatherman just said we are well on our way to warming
up as the temperature is just -17 and will go all the way up to 0 by later
today. He, he.....
He is in the scanner and the plan is to go home later on today.

I wanted to send this update on our girls.. Today at the doctor Nicole got a
great GOD filled report, her chest is clear, Yeahhh!! Praise GOD, she still
has to finish her medication but no more bronchitis!! Praise GOD!!!
Livia also got a GOD filled report.. Her O2 level was 100% PRAISE GOD!!!! She
is doing much better, we still have about week or so left of breathing
treatments but the worse is over and GOD has brought her through this RSV, and I
know He will see her completely through.. Her nose is still bothering her, and
she is coughing up a lot of phlegm which is good, the doctor gave her a
decongestant today to start taking.. But PRAISE THE LORD, for these God filled
reports..
Thank all of you who joined us in prayer agreement, and please continue to
pray for Nicole and Livia, prayer of protection and complete healing for Livia..
we love you all, we prayed with faith in believing and God heard our prayers,
and what a glorious answer he blessed us with...
just sending you an update on Jen. Today was the Day The Lord
brought that job about. She starts on Monday the 11th of Feb. She is ecstatic as
we all are. Sounds like some good money and benefits as well. Thank you All
for praying for Jen and our family. Thank You Father, for You are listening
and answering our prayers!
Love and prayers,
Joyce
Today I come with much to vent about but I will start of with some good news,
Rachel continues to feel wonderful her appetite is still very good, rash
completely gone and feeling well all this thanks to the steroids never thought I
hear my self say that but its' true all thought it makes her act a little weird
and does not bring out her good side it does help with some issues.
She has been enjoying school very much they are learning about China so
needless to say every night she has a new word which is music to my ears because
she has such a cute Minnie Mouse voice.
We attended Walk On for her therapy riding lessons and once again a joy to
watch, later on we attended gymnastics and this is where my day went from good
to bad.
We had another check-up today: bloodwork and EEG. The EEG was clear!
They weren't able to provocate any "absences" by letting him
hyperventilate, they also couldn't provocate a "Grand-mal" seizure by
exopsing him to flashing light. He was a great trooper when the blood
was taken. Next check-up will be in six months.
We are soooo thankful.
Also: Torsten is so happy in his new job! TINA
Dear brothers & sisters…
We would like to take this opportunity to thank
you for your prayers, support, and deep concern
for Lev, the wounded soldier we previously
reported on back in August last year.
WE ARE OVERJOYED TO REPORT THAT LEV IS NOW AGAIN ABLE TO WALK!
Lev is the young IDF soldier who immigrated to
Israel at age six from northeast Russia (Yukutck)
with his mother and sister, who is also an IDF
soldier. Together, Lev and his sister support
their mother, who was unable to work.
Bruno continues to make progress. With assistance, he was able to take a
shower today and go for a 150 ft walk with a walker and Physical Therapist. The
visit from our son Dan sure gave him a "pick me up". They spent numerous hours
together with Dan giving him encouragement all the way. Dolores
I believe samuel is here today because God answered all
those prayers! He wants to walk so bad! He can hold on to things and walk but is
a little scared to let go. Its so cute! He is eating better now. He has
discovered onion rings and loves them! even the chip kind. Samuel and Sylvia
Harley is home and doing very well. The vet that did the first surgery cut
through his bowel. Was a mess. Alan took him to another vet who performed
surgery immediately. Thought they were losing Harley but God once again
prevailed!!! Praise You Father God!!! Joyce and Alan
Hello everyone.....here is an update on mom.
I just talked to her and she sounded pretty good.
Yesterday when the MRI came back they said it showed that they got all of the
tumor during surgery! That is a plus. She told me that she still has numbness
on her right side, but she should be getting better and may have to do some
physical therapy? Nicole and family
Hello again! We have more great news! Yesterday Corey’s urine test for cancer
came back negative and today Corey’s MIBG scan came back with No Evidence of
Disease. This means they did NOT find any cancer cells. We are happy beyond
words with this news. Thank you all for your prayers. They truly do work. Corey
continues to do great. He is eating and drinking great. He is running and
playing like he should. He is being a happy little boy. Nickells family
I know that it has been a few months since I have sent anything out regarding
Emmah's progress. Well not a whole lot has been happening.......she is just
enjoying being an 11 (almost 12 year old - on March 10th) year old girl. On
the one hand it is so very hard for me to stop and realize that this battle has
been ongoing in her life for 18 months...however that also makes her an 18
month survivor.
She is back in the swing of things......full time school, in the band, in the
marching band, and getting involved in all sorts of school functions. She
recently broke her own record of selling girl scout cookies a few months
back......and she is just a delight.
Karen
I am pleased and relieved to say that Mom is home form the hospital. We
brought her home last night (Friday)! She is up this a.m. and feeling o.k. She even
made the pot of coffee.
The pathology test results came back and she does not have cancer. The Dr.
said that as far as his eyes and the MRI"S eyes could see he got the entire
tumor! This was not expected to happen in the beginning because it was right on
the vein. She does not currently need radiation either.
The Dr. is going to keep an eye on her and if it happens that there is a
small part of the tumor that shows up later, then they will radiate it. Her speech
is totally better and so is her walking. She still has numbness in her right
leg, so we will continue praying everyday as she recovers that it will get
better. Nicole and family
Joshua is continuing to get better. On top of not feeling great from having
his tonsils and aednoids taken out, I am pretty sure he picked up something
from the hospital! He has just been feeling really lousy! I think we are on the
mend now though. He is off the oxygen and his sats are not what they were
before we went, but they'll get there. Joshua really does do things a lot
differently than most! Oh well.
On a much better note...today Joshua is 1000 days old!
Denise had her surgery today. And as we had prayed and agreed, there
was no tumor and no cancer. However, her gall bladder was totally
clogged and inflamed and in some way it had sucked into itself a good
part of her bile duct forming a hard knot. It was the knot that they
thought was a tumor. There was very bad scarring in the gall
bladder, and the bile duct was beyond repair, essentially hard as a
rock and atrophied. It was poisoning her system and had to be removed.
They were able to do the minimum amount necessary, which included
removing the gall bladder and the bile duct and rerouting the flow of
bile so that it flows into her stomach from the liver. There was no
damage to the liver or pancreas as the doctors had feared their might be.
She is resting now and drifting in and out of a drugged sleep. JR
Thank You, Sweet Jesus, for restoring Rachel's health and energy
so that she wanted to go to school and take part in her gymnastics
program! We pray that You will imbue a lot of strength in her this
evening as the family attends the wonderful gala that is planned.
May they feel the love and support of the folks who are holding
this great event and enjoy every moment!
Thank You for helping all those who are constantly working in research
programs to find causes and treatments for these awful diseases.
Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer. Carole

Could surely feel your prayers last night and today!!
The Lord opened the door for me to get to talk to
my neurologist today and he told me NOT
to do what the ER doctors said but gave me a
specific cut back in my medications and told
me the shaking is because I am toxic - for some
reason I am suddenly holding lots of the meds
in my body (possibly the infection caused this)
and when that happens they do this kind of thing.
I am still very jerky and shaky but much more at
PEACE!!! So is John!!! Now we are praying
like crazy that I don't have any serious seizure
problems while my body gets back in balance!!
But God is so GOOD, I am sure He will hold on to
me, He has work for me!! The enemy just
wants to hamper things and cause chaos, but he is a DEFEATED enemy!!!
Love and deepest blessings to you ALL!!!!!!
Sheila
The Red Cross accorded us a permit which is not
easy but God worked it for us, 8,000 gathered and
listened to the message 7,000 prayed to receive
Christ. That brings us to Love Mission 4, this
Week we are asking for you to keep praying for us
because the Lord has laid in My heart to do Love
Mission 5 in another slum here in known as
Kamukunja in Eldoret. We called people from
Different communities including the ones that are
having differences today, and they sang together and greeted one another.
Praise God. Ben.
Praise God, sister Mother Evelyn is out of the
hospital, and the surgery was a success on her back !!!
Praise God, sister Janie is out of the hospital and back home !!!
Praise God, sister Jeanie if out of the
hospital after having surgery on her ankle for 2 breaks !!!
Praise God, sister Shirley is out of the
hospital after hysterectomy, and she had a cyst
removed also, and no cancer was found !!!
Just wanted to share these good reports with all
of you, and THANK GOD, and THANK you all for
your greatly appreciated prayers.
LOVE YOU ALL, Reta
The wait is finally over and I am thrilled to report that the news is great.
God has answered our prayers and the results indicate that not only has the
tumor stopped growing but that there is reduction in the mass (tumor) and the
swelling around it in the brain. Dr. Bagatell had seen the scans from her laptop
but was waiting to speak with the radiologist before calling us. She left a
message this morning while we were at church and JoDee heard it when she got
home (I stayed at church to help with Rodeo Day). My cell phone rang and when I
looked at the number it said “Home”. When I answered it was Peyton calling to
let me know that Dr. Bagatell had called and left a message and said the
results of her MRI were good. She was so happy. Tears filled my eyes and I was
overcome with joy. After telling Peyton how great that was and how proud I was of
her I spoke to JoDee who filled me in on the rest. Apparently the radiologist
said he’d never seen anything like this and wanted to know what we were
doing. Dr. Bagatell said that whatever it is we need to keep doing it. She also
said that she’d never seen anything like it in this setting either and was very
happy to give us the great news. She also sent an email and we should be
speaking with her later this afternoon just to firm up our game plan for moving
forward.
Walter, JoDee, Peyton and Weston
Doctors removed a large section of Renee's colon which has been leaking
of and on these past couple of years, they will biopsy it but the doctor said
that if there was any cancer, they won't have to go back in because he took
it all out. They also discovered she had a partial bowel obstruction which
they fixed. He was very happy with how the surgery went!! Thanks to our
Lord Jesus!!! Thank you ALL so very much for your prayers, it is obvious by
what they found the Lord has been keeping my daughter alive by His Grace
and Mercy!!!! Our God is So Wonderful.
Love and blessings from my whole family!!
Sheila
we have received Great news today! We FINALLY
received results on a test that was sent to California last November. This is a
speciallized test of the bone marrow that looks for any microscopic or
"minimal" disease that may still be present. That test came back negative on both
specimens that were sent. This is huge for Corey's prognosis. If he still had even
minimal cancer present in the bone marrow it would greatly increase his risk
of relapse. This is so wonderful that we know for sure that the bone marrow
transplant has worked!
Corey continues to do great! He is spending the weekend with Mama and Pop Pop
so Mommy can take a much needed break. I am actually writing this from
Knoxville, TN. I came here this weekend with my oldest sister, Aunt Jodi and we met
our youngest sister, Aunt Cindy with her friend Libby. We are just going to
have a girls weekend and relax.
Back to Corey, he continues to play and have fun as he should. He remains in
isolation so it is great to be able to run around this weekend with my
sisters. I have been in isolation with Corey in our house for so long that a change
of scenery is great for both of us. I can't thank everyone enough for all of
the continued support, love and prayers for Corey and our family. Nickells
This is sooooo amazing!!!! Renee's doctor took her off the morphine
and all the feeding tubes and other IV things on Saturday. On Sunday
she woke up feeling better than she has in years!!! She has already
gone home today - Mon. They showed her and Tom the pathology
reports and pictures of what they removed and told her she was very
lucky to be alive. But she told them it was not luck, it was GOD!!!
Although God allowed her to suffer for five years, HE NEVER LET
GO OF HER!!! Andrea wrote me and said "now watch her blossom"
Wow, it that really happening!!!
UPDATE on me....
Just saw my other doctor, infection is not gone but WAY DOWN!!!I
He is running some blood work for me to see how my levels are so we
can know how soon I might get over this toxic thing.
He also put a brace on my thumb to immobilize it so it can heal, so I will
not be doing much typing...prayer requests will have to be cut and paste
so if you can send them as "ready to go" as possible I would be very
grateful.
UPDATE on John... Getting better every day! Happy and cute as always!
Thank God for such a sweet and completely crazy husband!!!!
Love and blessings!!! Sheila
Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are all doing good. Caleb and
Madison are enjoying school and both feeling well. Wow! It has already been 7
weeks since Madisons last surgery and she is doing great. No signs of stridor.
She is talking up a storm and still beating up her big brother. She has
learned some new songs at school and loves singing them. Her favorite song right
now is Rock-a-bye baby. When she sings it, she says....Rock-a-bye baby in the
tree pop! It is sooo cute! Caleb went to church last weekend with my dad and
went to childrens church. When he came home he was telling me how much fun it was
and that he was with the 4 year olds. Then he said "Papa was with the OLD
year olds!" He is a mess. Caleb is very excited that he gets to start
kindergarten this year. He can't wait because they don't take naps in
kindergarten....he
hates taking naps. Toni
FINALLY, the jerking has gone to a mild shaking
and growing less!!! My doctor called
me in a panic, my Dilation level is now down to
6! Normal is suppose to be between 10 and 20,
mine was always in the low range of about 12,
last week in hosp it was up to 26 - BIG JUMP!!!
But now it is dangerously LOW. I don't know why
I'm still shaking but I am guessing the toxic
effect is not going away as quickly as the level
is going down. But it will, God WILL MAKE IT!!!
So far all is well. She was born actually at 6:11pm and weighed in at 6lbs
11 ozs.
Name is yet firmed up (middle I'm told at least).
Alyssa ... Rose or Marie is what is now being discussed.
She has a head full of black hair and blue eyes and NOT my brother's nose
which we are blessed Marlene
Thank God, and thanking you and others praying for Gage, he is
doing good, and went back
to school this Thursday !!!!!!! PRAISE GOD FOREVERMORE !!! OUR GOD REIGNS !!!

A message from Mason's Grandmother - They are very pleased with
Mason's progress.
He came through the surgery just great. I know all the prayers are a
major factor. Thank you all so very much. It is such a blessing to know all of you
have so been so steadfast in prayer and so joined together. Please continue to
pray for a speedy recovery and for peace for the family. I will keep you posted on Mason.
God bless each of you and Thank you so much.

Mission Students RELEASED by Brazilian customs!!!
Thank God for their release . they are arriving in Miami this morning
Thanks for your prayers, Paul
More than 60 Christians who were kidnapped by extremists in Himachal
Pradesh, India, on February 27 were released unharmed. However, the
kidnapped Christians were forced to participate in a humiliating
ceremony at a religious temple before they were released.
We also learned today that Gospel for Asia missionary Haresh Kujur
was released after being kidnapped March 1. He was conducting a youth
program at his church in Assam, India, when a group of anti-Christian
extremists abducted him. No other details about his release are
available at this time.
I just talked to my husband and he is getting released. He said his doctor
was with him for 3 hours. I think she got scared because she didn't see him in
the office yesterday...
Bob told me they did all kinds of test on him including a closed MRI. They
are amazed because they can't find anything wrong. They don't understand it
because they know he had a stroke. I told him I understand it because all the
Prayer Chain people were praying for him even before he saw any doctors. Praise
The Lord!!!
He did tell me they think they know what happened. He was on Plavix for his
heart and the doctor took him off of it and they think that is what caused the
stroke so they are putting him back on the Plavixs. So he is coming home
Praise The Lord.... Thank You Jesus For Answered Prayers..... and Thank All Of You
for Praying for him...
God Bless You all Hugs Love and Prayers Helen
No joke, I have been feeling better since you all started to pray.
I walk slow and like a penguin but it's so much better and I do expect to get
better. God desires that I would prosper and be in health.
God is so awesome, He hears your prayers from the moment it's sent up to
heaven. Madeline
Dear prayer warriors, I wanted to start off by thanking you all for
your prayers, my healing has been moving forward!
I am right now at probably 70% better, "ALLELUIA" to Our Precious
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!! I give Him all the
Praise and Glory!!!
John
Just a short update to let everyone know that Lauren is doing great! She
says this has been the easiest of surgeries so far. I am not saying that she not
experienced pain, but nothing like the brow lift. Please pray the skin will
graft and will heal without any difficulties. Her eye has been a little
swollen and the foam/sponge holding it in place looks yucky. Nothing unusual with
it, but keeps you from seeing the full effect of the surgery. When she smiles
now both eyes appear to squint in the corner, which did not happen after the
major surgery to remove the tumor. She was all smiles when we went back in
recovery to see her. We told her she was the only one back there smiling from
ear to ear. Also, she says she did not feel any pain and does not remember
them cutting on her or giving her shots around the eye (praise).
Today Don did walk, pushing a wheelchair, [since they haven't given him a
walker yet at this place #7], from his bed down the hall to the nurses station
then we rested and then he walked back to his room. He can walk pretty normal
now but needs someone to be ready to catch or steady him. He use to put one
foot forward and then bring the other up equal to it. He is definately
stronger. He was able to get himself up from lying on the bed and get into the
wheelchair alone while I watched. I'd never seen him do that before. He also
remembered some things that I was surprised about that had happened earlier today
and that had happened yesterday. He wants to come home so badly. I get in
the bed an lay beside him sometimes when his mind is working better and we can
visit.
update on Chris. He saw
an oncologist that has dove deeper into his case
and gave him a bunch of encouraging news. They felt that Chris could
be cured of his cancer, that it was responding
to chemo very nicely and they got the test results of the bone marrow
test, NO CANCER in his bone marrow, this is
huge and I'm just gleefully sitting in the Lord's light, praising him
for answered prayers. What an awesome God we
serve, we're the servants, yet He gives us our desires, wow!
IN HIS LOVE,
Babs
We went to clinic today and Dr. Vicky confirmed the scans were all good.
There was the spot where he had some bleeding on the brain back when he was
intabated in picu but it should go away. and scar tissue from surgery near his right
kidney. He is doing really good.
It has been an exhausting 2 days but all worth it...God is so Good!
Her neurologist called her a "champion" among his patients yesterday because
her MRI's still show no signs of any tumor activity and her continued health
since the brain surgery in 1991. He said you must have strong people
around you, but we all know that strength and blessing comes from our Great God!
He suspects she might have a sinus infection and that was what caused her
"blanking out" and lethargy. We'll be getting her to an ENT soon to check into
that. I can't tell you all how much we appreciate your love and prayer support...you
are all such a blessing to us! God bless you all...DE
``o/``PRAISE!!!! Colleen / sold her car today - trailer yesterday!!!!
Well, the Lord blessed and I sold my car today and our trailer
yesterday! Both were very easy and weights are lifting!
Continue in prayer that my company can make some placements! Yahoo!
Thank you Lord Jesus! You are great indeed! Colleen
Thank you for your prayer support during this time of waiting.
It has been 4 days since the power was out. We are so thankful to God that Amy does not have to fly back to Okinawa and move.
Gospel for Asia film team have
been released from jail. They were falsely charged with forcing
people to convert to Christianity March 28, in Madya Pradesh, India.
The men were showing a film about Christ when they were arrested.
However, police requested to watch the film. The missionaries showed
the film and presented the Gospel. As a result, attitudes toward the
missionaries changed. They were granted bail and the court agreed to give back their equipment.
Thanks so much for the wonderful prayers. Donald's heart cath. was a success!
They found 98% blockage in one side of his heart and they were able to place
the shunt in.
Jimmy does not have any cancer in the bone. He will be receiving radiation
treatments very soon. Thanks again for all your prayers.
Julian is out of the hospital and doing fine. He talked to
Archie yesterday and Archie said Julian certainly "had a different
spirit" - this experience has been life changing.
I am doing much better now... I still do not know how the other lady
is doing, no one in our community seems to know her.
I have had a battle with my emotions but God has intervened and
encouraged me through His Word and Encouraging messages
from email, get well card, calls and visits.
Penny
We have great news! The BK virus found in Max was only positive in his
urine and was not positive in his blood! Much rejoice!!! Thank you God
For hearing our united prayer! We were told that this was a good thing and
that kidney transplant deals with these sort of issues all the time. They
have an ultrasound ordered for the thickening of the bladder wall, they want
to monitor that closely. The Ultrasound is scheduled for later this month
along with his kidney visit. We have a check up next week and are so
thankful for the great results from the kidney tests that we pray that
it will continue. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE PRAYERS!
Hello,
Just wanted to let everyone know that the kids are both doing great. Madison
continues to grow and is still eating like a horse. She has outgrown all of
her clothes from Christmas. She is now 31" tall. Caleb has started playing
soccer and he is loving it.
I'm still trying to get caught up on all the carepage babies, I hope everyone
is doing well. Love to all, Toni
We're home! We're home! We're home! 2 days short of nine months!
It was a crazy day. I woud've been easier to organize the next olympic games
at our house that it was to transition back home. We had to have 3 different
companies come together at a moments notice. Meds, insurance, equipment, home
health care, education, packing, unpacking....it goes on and on and I can
honestly say this was one of the most stressful days of my life, but at the same
time one of the most rewarding. I surprised Noah when he came off the bus at
3pm. He saw me at the end of the street and started screaming and running towards
me. I called out "Callie's home, we're home for good!" and he voice started
cracking and he squeeled "Really?!!" and dove into my arms in front of the
driveway. Callie took no time making herself at home. Karen
Gaby continues on a roll! He is doing awesome. Daily activities include school, homework, after-school clubs, sports (Clari) and more. Two weeks ago, the prognosis was so different and now the reality is beautiful. I really believe I have seen one more miracle. Beth
Hey everyone thought I let all of you know that the bite marks on
Joseph face is healing nicely. The hole he had going all the way
through his nose and lips are also filling in. So far no infection
hallelujah thank you Jesus. Jean
got good news i wouldn't let them give me a mamogram cause i had one
in May and i think that is too close so they gave me the sonagram i guess it is called. Sometimes i get mixed up with all the names. But they said there is nothing wrong Thank God. Terry
What an amazing week it has been for our family. We are just so blessed to
have Lauren back in school. It was a little hard letting her go, but tears
of joy were shed that she is able to be back in school. God has brought her
through so much; I know He will take care of her at school as well. We still have little things to overcome, but by the Grace of God we will get through it. Lisa
klarissa is doing good...she is beginning to eat just a little...like she
told my sister, fina you know, when people eat a little here and a little there...that that's how she was eating....i just got back last night and i missed her so much..i just cant wait till thi is over and we can just all be together.....im so excited for some reason and i jusst see this being over really soon....
I just want to you to know that I am OK. I got my meds again and starting to feel physically better. Please let all your prayer partners know and I am grateful for al the encouragement and support.Thank You,Leo
I am happy to report Rachel's appointment at clinic went well, her counts are good and she was given the green light to start school today. She has completed her second year of treatment leaving her about another 6 months left, God willing. It's been a long journey and we would like to thank each and everyone of you
for everything. It's truly amazing all the love and support you all have shown us throughout these past 2 years and we certainly appreciate each and everyone of you and we can't thank you enough. The Williams

My PSA test results
were less than 0.001 which means the cancer is undectiable. He said that didn't
mean I was cancer free...it only means the cancer was in remission...and that I
would still have to take the chemo treatments to keep it under control and in
remission. He said he was fully aware of the side effects of the chemo but would encourage me to continue with the chemo treatments. PRAISE GOD...THANK YOU JESUS.... Bruce

Thank You, Blessed Jesus, that Callie is now so much better that she can be
discharged to go home to her daddy, Noah and Cozy! We know and believe
that You were there when the nurse questioned the magnesium dose! Thank You
for protecting Callie yet again! You are an awesome God and we sing
praises to Your Holy Name, Jesus! Thank You, Blessed and Risen Savior, for hearing our united prayer. carole
Karen called a few minutes ago and said that Callie will be discharged
tonight!! Her white blood count has fallen to 12 and she has no fever since 5 AM
the morning she went to ER. Nothing has grown out on the cultures, but they
will be watched for 7 days. Essentially, this rules out any threat of MRSA
since her temperature and counts would continue to be elevated.
Her CRP is up some but the doctor explained that this could be a delayed
response to whatever caused the fever in the first place. Delayed responses in
CRPs are normal.
The medical staff feels it is safer to discharge her and, thereby, limit her
exposure to all the germs in the hospital and Karen agrees. Karen & Joe will
keep a close eye on her and monitor her temperature at least until Sunday
night. One side story is that there was a nurse caring for Callie last night who
knew her from before. She woke Karen up in the middle of the night to question
Karen about Callie's magnesium dose which is a bolus in her IV once a day,
given in the evening. The nurse said that an order was written to give this
medication four times a day! which, Karen says, could have killed her!
Evidently, when "transcribing" the orders, an error was made. Of all the medications
Callie receives, this is potentially the most lethal! Thank God for this
vigilant nurse!!! Cozy and Noah running

All praise to Jesus! Amen?

Great news! Marnie finally got an opportunity to speak with Mrs.
Hertog. Mr. Hertog called us to let us know that his wife had been
released from hospital and that she was home. So we called last
night and also spoke with her. The prognosis is good. She is not
allowed to exert herself in any way, shape or form for the next two
weeks, but she's HOME!
They suggested that they will contact us in a couple of weeks so that
we can come to their house to see them.
Praise God from Whom ALL blessings flow!
Thank you so much for your prayerful support. We really appreciate
all you've done and are doing. Please continue to pray for Mr. and
Mrs. Hertog and for the situation with Marnie's expired license.
Blessings,
Stan for all

Jessica is fine with no bleeding. The tubes in her heart and in her neck
..plus IV and other stuff have been removed. They performed surgery on
her and found the cause of all this. She had 17 units of blood. She is very
tired and weak. she will adjust to make her own blood . It might take a
while but she is a strong girl.
I am so tired. Praise the LORD she ????? I need to get to bed. Stan gets
up early so I gotta get use to it.

Let me begin by telling you all that God is so good!!!!!!!!!!! He has
blessed us beyond any thing we could have dreamed.
Mom had her Dr appointment today to get the results of the latest ct
scan. I wasn't worried but even I could not have imagined how good
the news would be. The Dr said the ct scan showed significant
reduction in the cancer in fact she said that there is only 2 small
tumors left on the liver one the size of a dime and one the size of a
quarter. At first we didn't understand what that meant but Mom asked
her about the lung and she said it's fine it's clear and the only
cancer left is the 2 small spots on her liver!!! We all wanted to
jump up and shout hallelujah, Let me tell you all this is a real
miracle she had 12 tumors on her liver the largest the size of an
orange and the large one in her lung and now there is only 2 small
ones left!!! Praise God.
I can not begin to tell you how grateful we are as a family to OUR
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for His love, grace, mercy and healing
power he has heard every prayer and answered our cries for help
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We truly appreciate all of the love prayers and
support of everyone of you as well. What a wonderful day this has
been! I feel so humbled and blessed and I know that everyday from
this point on that I have with my beautiful mother is truly a gift
from God's hands.
I love you all,
Christle

I truly felt your prayers. I was at peace through all that I
remember and knew Our Lord was there. I have no idea
of what happen and the test they ran show no real reason for what
happen other than the first few blood pressure
test show to be low. Praise our Savior for being there and bless all
of you Prayer Warriors, you are so faithful.

``o/``PRAISE!!!!! Kealeigh is HOME!!!!!
Braedon had the ultimate surprise for everyone this evening. Kealeigh is HOME!!! She looks beautiful, she is so much bigger and her color is so good. She looks like a whole different child. She was a little hesitant at first with everyone gasping and oogling over her and the kids squaking but after only a couple of minutes she was grinning at everyone. She was waving and laughing the whole time. Bronwyn
The results from the MRI said that the tumor does not look malignant

Praise God, and thank you all who prayed for little Ashley. I can
barely write this because I'm crying. I just got a phone call from the Mother and I could not believe how happy she sounded! She was able to speak English to me pretty well and she sounded so happy. I thought it was going to be the call asking me to come take pictures. However, she told me that the baby is better and has been transferred to Texas Children's Hospital. She said they have found a small kidney! And, she is off the respirator! Joanne
We are thankful that Tony's blood work was negative for anything
abnormal and pray that he will continue to feel better each day as You
correct any and all problems he was experiencing. Please help him to
stay calm under Your Gracious and Loving Care and free him from stress
and worry, we pray.
Thank You, Precious Jesus, for calming Patrecia's nerves and allowing her to trust in You this morning! We sing praises that "all went well" and ask that You keep all pain from her from now on! We pray that the formation of stones will cease and desist as You protect her and keep her kidneys working well
Lauren is doing alot better! The doctors said it was a stomach flu
and that was what cause the diarrhea in the first place.
Then she didn't drink enough when she had the diarrhea that it caused her to get dehydrated. The dehydration then made it
where her body wouldn't take anything to drink or eat. It would all upset her stomach making her vomit. So far she is okay. She hasn't vomited since last night at around 7 pm.
If we make it through today and tonight with no vomiting
then she will be in the clear. Thank you very much for sending out a prayer request. Make sure you tell everyone I said Thank you! Kristin
was diagnosed with HAE today. So glad it wasn't Lupus!!! I have a
road ahead of me with treatment; but it'll be okay.
Have to carry an Epipen the rest of my life....but that is workable
too!!! As Gary would say..."God is good...all the time".
You can read about HAE on the internet.
Love you all!!!!!
