Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
There comes a time in every born-again Christian's life when one has to ask one's self, have I been faithful in promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Have I been involved in outreaches, in pushing back the darkness and sharing the light of Christ in darkened areas?
Or have I been happy going to church every Sunday, fellowshipping with my brothers and sisters in Christ and leaving the gospel promotion to someone else i.e. the evangelist, the pastor, anyone else bar YOU.
The gospel is for all those who do not know the saving Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ, that is your family, your friends, your relatives and everyone around you.
Will Jesus welcome you on the last day and say," Well done good and faithful servant" or will He say, "Go away from me, I do not know you".
We can no longer leave the gospel to someone else. YOU are the revival where God puts you. YOU are the person to tell others about Jesus. YOU are responsible for your brother and sister who do not know Jesus.
We have a world wherein the light of Christ is getting dimmer and dimmer, mainly because most of God's children have not been active in any way in promoting the gospel of Christ. I am not pointing the finger at anyone but stating the facts as we see them.
We ourselves have outreaches in our own country that most Christians never bother to help with in any way. Despite this our over one hundred outreaches by the Grace of God have been tremendously successful and have included the most powerful outreaches ever held on the island of Ireland in the last twenty years.
By the Grace and Power of the Holy Spirit literally thousands of unsaved in this small island alone have personally accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior at these obviously God anointed and appointed outreaches that most Christians chose to ignore.
Although we gave the Irish Christian community every opportunity to participate in these God ordained outreaches, their silence spoke volumes as did their total lack of enthusiasm and commitment. Despite their lack of wisdom and discernment, God's work prevailed dramatically as evidenced on this website. The Five Fold by the Grace of God, remains the most successful, outreach team that we know of in the country.
However like elsewhere the brothers and sisters did carry on singing, they did go to church every Sunday. They will turn up at our meetings for a new speaker or for healing if they are sick but they won't turn up to help. Sad, very sad.
In our experience, the commitment, or lack of commitment of the Irish Christian church stands in marked contrast to that of some of the American church.
We would like to highlight the difference that an American church in Barnstead, an Assemblies of God church exhibited as they did everything possible to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They clearly saw the urgency of the message and took decisive action, helping in every way. When we were in the USA on previous trips we had similar experiences with almost all of the American church keen to help us promote the Gospel.
The only ones who never offer anything is the Irish, for want of a better word, “Christians”. I have yet to meet one of those churches that in my opinion has even a shred of anointing to do outreaches. However, they could at least offer to help put up posters or make themselves available. Instead they sing silly songs that do not mean anything to anyone including God and this is obvious by their fruit, which is non-existent.
And if any of the Irish Christian leaders feel like commenting against us, they had best make sure they have the same fruit as the Five Fold Ministry. We do not believe we will hear from them so we ask them here to heed the wisdom of our words or of someone who does have the anointing to do outreaches.
We now reach out again to ask your help. If YOU are interested in promoting a world revival, if this letter appeals to you in any way, we invite you to first of all study this Five Fold Ministry Ireland website and contact Harry via the contact page.
We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge with grateful thanks, the unstinting work of Pastor John Newman's, Assembly of God church in New Hampshire, USA for their selfless, dedicated devotion to reaching the sad, the sick and the lost in New England when we were there..
It was a blessing, and to us most refreshing, to enjoy the wholehearted support of the entire South Barnstead Christian Fellowship church. Members gave of their time gladly and unselfishly, putting up posters throughout the area, young men managed and directed the traffic flow, the worship team who sang and played with such anointing and all the elders and members who acted as ushers, prayer warriors etc. Thank you also for the warm hospitality of the families who opened their homes to the visiting team. The Lord blessed us all with miracles, signs and wonders. Praise the Lord.
And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be dammed. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
IS THIS HAPPENING IN YOUR CHURCH OR TOWN??
Your brother in Christ,
The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. John 1:6-8
"Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men". Matthew 4:19 KJV
John Wesley had a set of qualifications for ‘lay’ preachers to have in order for their ministry to be sanctioned, which he set out in a form of three questions:
1) Have they the love of God in their hearts and seek nothing but Him?
2) Have they the gifts and the grace for the work?
3) Have they success, are people saved under their ministry?
‘As long as these three marks undeniably occur in any, we allow him to be called of God to preach’ (John Wesley).
